Sehr gelungener Tag! Der Ausflug hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Wir wurden pünktlich vom Hotel abgeholt und sind zuerst zu den Wasserfällen gefahren; danach zu einer Teeplantage unserer Wahl. Anschließend wurden wir an einem Ort unserer Wahl abgesetzt. Der Tourgide war sehr nett und kommunikativ, wir haben tolle Gespräche auf der Fahrt geführt und viel über die örtliche Politik und Kultur gesprochen. Auf jeden Fall Empfehlenswert. Denkt daran ein Wechselshirt mitzunehmen, bei dem Aufstieg zum Wasserfall kommt man ins schwitzen.

Anwar was super nice, stopping in several view points along the way and answering all our questions. The treck to the first waterfall was lovely exercise and he found all the best spots to get the best views. My favourite was the visit to the tea plantation and factory, where we were walked through the production process of white, black and green tree from the leaves they pick themselves, using machinery that is more than 100 years old but work like a dream. All in all, a morning well spent!

The trip was well organised. Guide and driver were very nice to us and showed us the most insane and beautiful views. The tea factory was also a great experience to try local tea and to see how it is made

Fantastic day hosted by Fais around the tea factories of Nuwara Elyia. We had a great time learning about the area and seeing some of the sites before touring two tea factories. Both included tea tasting and an opportunity to buy some to take back home. I highly recommend trying the tea cake at Labookellie, if that is one of your stops! We also tried tea picking at Bluefield, which was fun. It was raining, but we did the hike to the top of lookout to see a falls. It was well worth it and the rain added to the power and beauty of the area. Overall a great day and would recommend this tour with Fais.

Today's tour is unforgettable! I started this adventure with Juli, he is super warm and supportive! I climbed the mountain slowly in the raining and he helped me a lot and waited me with patience. He helped me to find the medicine for my bite bug and helped to dry my cloth in the furnace. And I accidentally burned my shoes badly. He helped me to find a new slipper and glue! Save my life, thanks Juli🙆🏻‍♀️

Karim is a great guide! He arrived on time, took us everywhere we asked, and provided deep insights about Sri Lanka and Nuwara Eliya in particular. He knows all the great locations for the photos, and you don't even need to ask him for a good photo of yourself,

A wonderful tour and guide who was accommodating to our needs and happy to support us with supporting us with onward transport to the train station the next day. We had an amazing day doing the tour. We were brought to all the beautiful spots and could take as much time as we liked. July was very kind and helped us during the hike and took many nice pictures.

We met juli at the pub who kindly offered a very well priced half day tour to 2 waterfalls and the tea factory. He picked us up from our accommodation out of town and had great knowledge of the local areas. A great bloke and driver. We will be recommending to my friends in future travel. Thanks mate
