Had an amazing bike tour around Bruge. Godfried was our tour guide and what a very knowledgeable man he is. He is very passionate about this beautiful city, also a very funny man. We wouldn’t hesitate to to recommend this tour, a highlight of our visit. Thankyou very much!!

This tour was amazing! This bike tour was one of our favorite parts of our trip to Belgium. Our guide was so knowledgeable and friendly. He took us on a ride throughout Bruges. We rode over quaint bridges, through a gorgeous park, along the river, to the UNESCO World Heritage site of the beguines, and so many other great places and learned their fascinating history. The tour was the perfect pace and it made several short stops to learn more about the history and significance of particular areas. The bicycles were in excellent shape and all had a basket on them. Helmets were provided if you wanted one. My cousin and I enjoyed it so much. Do not hesitate to book this tour.

We were able to change the time of our tour 1 day before because of the weather forecast without further charge. Plan waterproof and water. You must be used to biking in town as you have to negotiate between cars and pedestrians.

My wife and I took the Bruges bike tour with our host Godfried and about 10 other riders. I really liked the locations that we went on the tour. It was a good combination of the famous city center landmarks and some further-out, less-visited places. We actually traveled quite a ways, but it's an easy ride as the terrain is flat and the city is not too busy (i.e., not many cars, mostly pedestrian traffic). Godfried was very friendly, warm, and knowledgeable about Bruges. You could see how he enjoyed telling us about the history of the city. His voice is kind of soft, however, so it was a little difficult to hear him at times in the busier spots. I would highly recommend this bike tour early in your visit to Bruges to orient yourself and learn about some of the spots in the city that you can visit in more depth later. Note that starting and ending point of the tour is a bit north of the city center. Our hotel was actually quite close to it, so that was easy and convenient. It is not near the train station, however.

The location is about 15 minutes walk from the train station. Easy to find with Google Maps. The tour is a lot of fun and has a few stops where you will leave your bike alone. The bikes have a basket so you can carry small bag or a jacket. There is no break to drink or shop, so you will have to go back later on your own if you want to go inside a church, shop or museum. The bikes are in great shape and the ride includes beautiful parks and busy streets. You will get so see so much more than just the center!! Put attention to left and right runs and watch out for people since they cross in front of you.

Great way to see a lot of Bruges in a few hours. Would need a realtime map to follow all of the places visited and how we got around from place to place.

The tour was very nicely done, bikes are comfortable and easy to ride. The guide gave us a nice prospective of the history of Bruges and took us to some interesting stops. Like most bike tours it can be a bit cumbersome if everyone is not a competent rider but has always been our experience. Not much the guides can do other than accommodate everyone

Enjoyed this experience so much! What a fun way to take in Bruges! Also nice to cover more than you could just cover going on foot. Recommend doing when you first arrive in Bruges, then you can take in more of the sights you are more interested in later. Also gives good historical background to the city. Really loved it!
