Paul and Collin were a great tour team that made the day fun, efficient and a day to remember. Would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see more of the countryside and the beautiful city of Kilkenny!

Paul our guide and Tom our driver were fantastic despite the rain (not their fault of course). Highlight was definitely the sheep dog demonstration and the baby lambs. Highly recommend, especially if you want to glimpse the real Ireland outside of Dublin but also want to be back at a reasonable time too.

The is bus tour was a highlight of my short stay in Dublin. Even though it was a rainy morning, it was amazing to watch the sheep dog at work. Walking in Wicklow, the waterfalls and scenery were beautiful. I learned a lot of the history of Ireland as well.

Fantastic day out with Maurice (guide) and Stephen (driver). Thank you both for an amazing day out of the city to see the countryside. This tour was fantastic - Maurice provided great commentary and as a surprising atmosphere I’d bonus played music by Irish musicians when between guiding moments (from The Chieftans to the Cranberries, U2, Sinead, etc.) so we could enjoy musical artists from the country while watching the gorgeous countryside go by. I read a number of reviews saying they could have spent less time at the Glendalough but I found the additional time to walk around the lake not only beautiful but also refreshing. Of course, the sheepdog demonstration was really interesting and hugging a lamb was an adorable highlight, but also interesting was hearing from a 4th generation sheep farmer how the entitlements work for farmers. Thanks Maurice for the wonderful introduction to local history.

Warren our driver and Ian our tour guide are great! Warren handled the tight city streets, as well as the narrow country roads masterfully while Ian provided narration along the way with local stories with Irish wit and humor. We enjoyed all the stops…Kilkenny, Wicklow Mountains, Glendalough and the Laragh Seep Dog Trials, which was perhaps our sentimental favorite. Rich, (forgive me if I got your name wrong) provided a nice demonstration of his dog’s shepherding skills, as well as some interesting insights into working on a sheep farm. Our family enjoyed the tour immensely and highly recommend it. Joe, Janice, and Alec

Ian and Warren were the best guides! We had so much fun. Ian was so informative with his guided walk in Kilkenny, Warren made an insane turn on mountain roads in Glendalough and the best part was the Cullen farms with the baby lambs and Spot (the border collie). This is a very good way to spend your day and I would recommend it to anyone that visits!!

Ian and Warren were fabulous! They knew so much about each area, made sure we got there safely and timely, and of course made our experience beyond perfect! I looked at so many different tours and am so happy we went with Wild Rovers!

My favourite part was up on the Wicklow mountains, a look out point, where you could see the ocean in the far distance. Then we also managed to work in a little (rushed) hike at the lakes. Ian and Warren were great tour guide/driver, I would definitely want to do a tour with them again!
