Take a leisurely stroll through the historic center and admire the Baroque architecture, or sit at a cafe in the main square and soak in the laid-back atmosphere. Locorotondo is also famous for its delicious cuisine, so be sure to sample some of the local dishes, such as orecchiette pasta with tomato sauce and ricotta.
