Today I was on a tour to 5 terre and Pisa with Claudia, our tour leader. She took us around the fishing villages giving a lot of information about the places and the food. She was nice and very professional. I strongly recommend this daytrip in the company of Claudia

A good trip to explore the cinque terra, 5 villages plus a hike - roughly about 1hr free time in each village - Well organised Joanne and Guaida (hope that his name ) were great tour guides , making sure we were all on time - Good instructions and plenty of suggestions of places to take pics and eat

excellent day. easy to find the pick up spot. The guys (JuanCarlo and Chris) were so helpful, knowledgeable and personable - made the day so much fun. JuanCarlo was an excellent guide - always went above and beyond to be sure everything was going smoothly and gave us so much great information about the area. Highly recommend!

Gerado and Joanne were great guides. Very good tour, but a long day. There's lots of walking even if you don't do the hike, plus 380 steps up to one of the villages.

The tours took us through all 5 fishing villages in a day, with enough time to get a feel how they are like. The lunch was good, the gelato as recommended was best ever. Recommended for folks having only a day to cover it all.

We couldn't go on this excursion due to extreme weather on the coast. Walk About Tours offered to change to the Tuscany tour with lunch included instead. We had a great tour even with the rain and wind. Naomi was great.

This was an amazing experience. The two guides, Jeancarlo and Chris were absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable on the area and were very accommodating to our every needs. I definitely recommend this tour with Walkabout Tours.

This was the highlight of our trip since we hadn't been to this area. Let me tell you, it was worth it. Now don't get me wrong, it is a lot for one day and you are moving fast through the villages, but if you want to see all 5 in one day its the way to go. Our Tour guides were amazing and kept track of everyone from the get go. They pointed out great spots to eat or get good pics. The steps.. . .oh geez the steps. I walked approx. 7 miles that day 17,000 steps, and approx. 43 flights of stairs. So be ready, but definitely do able. I am not in shape at all!! and I managed just fine. The boat ride was amazing too!! We got some great pics and tasted some wonderful food. We were a family of five with kids as young as 8.

Be prepared for a long day. But very well run on schedule. Gabriel and John Luca were the best!!! Very helpful and engaging.

Wonderful trip! Gabriel and Luca were fantastic guides. We saw all 5 of the towns and had plenty of time in each to explore.
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately.
- Suitable walking shoes are mandatory for those doing the hiking – no flip-flops. Suggestions: walking boots or sneakers, closed toe shoes with non-slip soles.
- If you want to swim during free time, please remember to bring your own towel and swimwear.
- On rare occasions the boat ride will stop operating due to bad weather or strong winds. It is beyond our control so no refunds or discounts will be issued.
- In case of unexpected closure of the paths for unforeseen events, alternative routes will be taken instead for those doing the hiking
- A large amount of walking is involved for those doing the hiking. You must be of average fitness and be able to keep up with the rest of the group.
- Due to uneven surfaces, we cannot accept anyone with walking difficulties, below average fitness, or young children.
- Minimum age is 8 years.
