Secret Lagoon natural hot springs are located in the small village called Fludir and are in the Golden Circle area. We have kept it natural and unique for our guests so they can get the true Icelandic feeling. The pool’s natural surroundings and steam rising into the air gives the place a magical feeling. The warm water stays at 38-40 Celsius all year. In the whole area there are several geothermal spots and a little Geysir which erupts every 5 minutes, showing off for the guests relaxing in the hot spring. During winter, Northern lights can often be seen in the area and what better way to experience the light show than relaxing in the warm water surrounded by the steam from the earth?

Always a wonderful experience.. clean, beautiful setting and simply perfect. Much quieter than the major lagoons allowing you to soak up the quiet.

This lagoon did not disappoint! It was so chill and relaxing. Less crowds, clear water where you could see your feet. It was definitely worth it!

We stayed in the guesthouse on the property, which includes access to the lagoon so we got to enjoy it multiple times throughout our trip. It is gorgeous and surreal in the best possible way, felt amazing after hiking, and staff are very on top of things. Definitely a highlight of what was a wonderful trip! I also highly recommend staying in the guesthouse.

This was a very relaxing enjoyable time. My skin feels extremely soft after spending 1.5 hours in the lagoon. A must do for those looking to relax and unwind.

It was our first hot spring experience with my elderly parents. We all loved it. The big pool is nice with the pool noodles and deep enough so my parents can swim around. The smaller pools are shallow but very warm. Great for lying down. And I really enjoy the surrounding springs and the geyser. The changing rooms and showering area are clean and dry. Nice lockers and hair dryers. We had a great experience.

Really cool experience. They are 3 differents température and you can also walk through the geysir. Nice et clean place.

The lagoon and area surrounding were beautiful. We were fascinated by the history and watching the geyser and hot springs.

Secret Lagoon was our family’s favorite hot spring place this week after going to 3 different ones. They have a beautiful new building with everything needed for a great experience. I highly recommend Secret Lagoon.

We love the secret lagoon! Natural bottom to walk on, extra hot pools for those of us that like it hotter! Not as busy as the other lagoons! Very nice shower room and a bathing suit spinner! Bring your own towel or you can rent one from them. Oldest and most affordable lagoon in Iceland!
