Hector was a fabulous guide and Isreal was a fantastic driver! Hector highlighted features of the area while we journeyed to Teotihuacán. When we arrived at the site he provided interesting stories and history while also acknowledging that much of the historical details are unknown. We had plenty of time to climb the steps of the moon temple and explore the tunnels and artworks. After the temple/pyramid exploration Hector and Isreal brought us to a tequila tasting at another interesting venue which provided information about the textiles created there along with an informative lesson on obsidian.

Lily was absolutely amazing at this tour - we had the pleasure of visiting the pyramids with her and her passion for Mexican history shines in everything she says. Lily gave us just the right amount of information to keep us interested and engaged but not overwhelmed. The food buffet stop was also great and the food was lovely. Would recommend to anyone wanting a half a day’s getaway from the bustle of Mexico City

We took the full day tour with Gerson and team. Our tour team was wonderful, always making sure our kids were happy and accommodated. It was a long day with 2 young kids but we powered through! We were unprepared for lunch to be at 3 instead of around noon but thankfully most stops offered snacks or other things available for purchase to carry us through.

Gerson was a great and entertaining guide. He made everyone feel welcome and interested. We had enough time to explore each location and everything was well organised. The only downsides were the coach toilet which didn't really work and had no water to wash hands and the lunch place. We didn't opt for the buffet because we thought we could choose a better nearby restaurant but we were given only one option (Rancha Azteca). This was our second most expensive and second worst place we ate at in Mexico. It was very overpriced, my marg had no taste and overall food quality was poor. Overall, we enjoyed the day but there is still room for improvement.

Lily and Antonio were awesome. You can tell how much passion they have for Teotihuacan and Mexican history in general. I thought the tour would be boring but my mind was changed completely right at the start. Your felt both short and long in a good way. Price was way more than fair for their time. Felix was also awesome driving there I almost didn't feel the bus move.

Incredible experience with Alex!! He made us belong to the history of Teotihuacan, 100% recommended. He has so much knowledge and positive energy: he made us to enjoy the complete day with him. Very recommended to visit the archeological park in the sunrise. The tequila tasting and the shopping could be shortened or avoided (little background explanation) and the bus not the newest.

Great to go in early before the big crowds. Our guide Gerson had fantastic knowledge about the pyramids and history of Mexico. Would recommend doing this tour!

We had a great time seeing Teotihuacán and listening to the history from our tour guide, Bob, who was fantastic. A bit more walking than we anticipated, as the ruins are quite large.

Went with my partner and sister and her husband. Loved our tour guide, very kind, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the topic. Learned lots! Some areas for improvement and a heads up for those who take it later: - it’s a long day and the second half includes lunch, tequila tasting and a stop at a craft shop (all one stop). Everyone is nice but it is quite touristy and a bit overwhelming. You don’t need to get the buffet option (we and most ppl didn’t), you can order an entree as wanted or go to other restaurants in the area. - there was some miscommunication about pick up between the bus partners and the agency running the company. When advertised, it’s listed that there are two pick up spots in the morning, but then the email says that there is only one. We confirmed and exchanged multiple emails with the company to double check that we had to go to the one that was further away, but then when we were picked up, they did end up going to the one that we were initially two blocks away from. Not a huge deal, but especially tiring given the early early wake up call. - you will likely feel like you are being shuttled around. I knew this going in and yes it’s a tour and a popular spot, but by the second half, it’s quite tiring! Would recommend bussing there and just meeting with a tour there or getting a tour that is smaller, specifically only in English, and where you don’t need to wear the headsets. Everyone has different preference though, still glad I went!
