This was a fun tour and we saw a good deal of old Montreal. Guide took us mostly to out of the way shops we never would have found on our own. We really enjoyed visiting the native art shops.

Shubham was a wonderful tour guide. He was very knowledgeable with the history of Montreal. We visited various sites to ensure I had well-rounded experience in the city. He was personable, considerate and patient with me. I thoroughly enjoyed spending the day seeing sites. My favorite was the Habor and the underground city.

We had a delightful tour of Montreal with Germaine who highlighted the historical and architectural history of Montreal Old Town and moved on to downtown, McGill University and Mont Royal for a wonderful view of the city.

Our group consisted of 4 adults, 2 of whom had never been to Montreal and were eager to explore the sites. When we completed the pre-tour questionnaire (which we thought was a great way to provide insight into our requests and expectations), we indicated we were interested in the history of the city and the sites we selected for inclusion in the tour. Our tour guide, Sayora, though delightful, admitted that she had no knowledge of the city’s history. She was also unfamiliar with the city’s geography, and spent almost the entire time using Google Maps (or some other GPS app) to navigate our route. We spend far more time walking to our destinations than visiting them. We requested that the Notre Dame Basilica be included in our tour. We arrived there at 4:00, just as they were closing (as indicated on their website). The ticket agent explained that if we’d pre-purchased tickets, we’d have been allowed entry. I would have expected Sayora to have this information and make arrangements for the purchase in advance. Fortunately, upon seeing our profound disappointment, the ticket agent made an exception and allowed us entry. We could VERY easily have accomplished all that we did with Sayora without her assistance, and without spending >$300.

Great introduction tour to the city. Customized to what you’d like to see and as much or as little walking as you want. We did about 7 miles but was able to see and become familiar in many different areas of the city that we plan on revisiting later in our trip. Our guide May was awesome.
