From the moment we decided to take a helicopter ride, your team found a way to make it possible even though the website stated that there were no more flights available for November 1. We were only in Canada for the day, so we were thrilled to have done this and that your team made it possible.

I purchased the helicopter voucher for Saturday but due to weather, decided to visit on Sunday instead (I called and spoke to someone over the phone verifying this was okay). The vendor was completely flexible. On Sunday, we checked in and were next in the queue to fly when the pilot made the call to ground flights due to poor weather. I would rather not fly than fly and not have a good experience so I appreciated this very much! The vendor offered everyone the opportunity to either receive a refund OR wait to see if flights resumed later. Samira took care of everyone and was the sweetest - she regularly kept me updated on status and ensured that if they flew again that day, our group would be first up. Most guests requested refunds but a few of us waited for approximately 1 hour before receiving the green light and IT WAS WORTH IT. The weather was perfect and I got the best video from the air. This was a really special gift I was able to get for my mom and aunt and it was once-in-a-lifetime for them. It was so rewarding seeing their excitement!

this is simply the best way to experience Niagara Falls. you see everything on this tour from the comfort of a quiet helicopter. it comes with commentary and just awesome views. highly recommended.

Having never been to Niagara Falls before this was an amazing way of seeing them for the first time. We were on a coach tour from Toronto and this was an optional extra that we couldnt turn down. It was touch and go because we only had a short amount of time and the weather changed but fortunately we got on with a couple of minutes to spare and it was well worth it. The whole journey was probably 15 minutes but to see the falls in all their glory from above is a great sight, to see its size and majesty was a real one of a kind experience. The cost for two of us was £178.49 which isnt cheap for 15 minutes but as they say you only live once.
