Austin was very informative. The tour was very engaging and enjoyable and had a very nice atmosphere as we walked through the historic area.

Vince hosted our tour. It was just my girlfriend and I, and he was very welcoming. He gave a lot of interesting historical information, and shared some terrifying ghostly stories. We are visiting from NC. Unfortunately, due to weather, so much was shut down locally. The ghost tour was a grasp for a fun moment, and to hear some history. Vince was absolutely perfect for bite sized stories, a friendly guy, and very professional yet personable. Best for anybody, of any group size, any age. Price was reasonable, and the length of visit was just right.

Loved the stories. Captured a few anomalies on camera. Fee was worth it. The tour was an hour but had plenty of time to talk and ask questions. We were here for 5 days because my son had liberty from Fort Lee. It was cold, but walking kept us warm. Very low crowd size, it was just us three in the group. Also had an EMF, went crazy at the Kimball Theater and other places.

Outstanding tour! Our guide Austin was engaging and fun, put us all at ease. Lots of fun for everyone (our group had ages 12 to 66). Well worth the price of admission!

It was a fun and we learned a lot. Our group included my husband and two 16 year old daughters. If you are a fan of history and ghost stories this tour would be for you! I’ve lived in the area my whole life and some of the stories were new to me. It was fun for us all.. and it wasn't scary which makes it a great option for the younger kids as well.

Austin was an excellent tour guide and as a history and theater major - had skills in the delivery of an excellently narrated tour. We learned a lot of the local lore and sightings of the paranormal in the Colonial Williamsburg area. It was a very entertaining and fun evening! We will do this tour again the next time we are here!

This was an awesome walking tour. Austin our guide was exceptional in his knowledge and just made the evening wonderful. My 13 yr old daughter was so happy to be on her first real tour. And we caught some great pictures at the church, the randolf house and caught a full ghost on camera in the fields next to the courthouse where they did the slave auctions.
