Private Bavarian Fairytale: Neuschwanstein & Royal Castles

Siegmund was a great tour guide - very knowledgeable and helped us navigate around all the big groups for a more personal tour experience. Beautiful views, castles, and food were the highlights - he knew exactly where to go and when. We also bought a souvenir that we left in his vehicle and he went out of his way to ship it back to America. Highly recommend this private tour!

Alex was wonderful and personable as our tour guide. He was prompt with picking us up at our hotel, very knowledgeable of all the places we toured, took us to a great Restaurant in Austria for a fantastic lunch. He stopped several times along the tour so we could take pictures of amazing places. The tour covered everything we had hoped to see and more. Such beautiful scenery and the weather was nice. There was a little confusion about paying in cash but Alex worked with us to resolve that. Our family would highly recommend this tour, especially with Alex.

This was an unbelievable tour and the guide (Alex?) was a true professional throughout the booking process. His communication prior to the tour was exceptional and he went out of his way to make sure the group had a truly memorable day. He was interesting, informative and a fantastic guide. Mike was incredibly knowledgable of local and historical tidbits and kept the tour interesting! His lunch recommendation at Austria and for our dinner after in Old Town Munich were excellent, so ask him for food tips, etc. Booking this tour is very convenient and worth it, I highly recommend!

We had a great full-day, private tour with Siegmund that included Neuschwanstein Castle, Linderhof Palace, and the Alpine Coaster, along with an amazing lunch in Austria and a relaxing stop in Oberammergau. We never would have been able to pack so much into one day with our four kids (15, 13, 8, and 5) in tow without a great tour guide who knew all the ins and outs like Siegmund does. We got to do everything our crew wanted to do and more. Definitely a highlight of our trip!

An excellent full day trip - great to do on a Sunday when things close down in Munich. Tour guide James was very informative and engaging and kept the large group (50) on time and at pace. The easy ride around the lake and swim in the lake was a highlight of the day. The restaurant stop was a great opportunity to taste local cuisine and meet and chat with some of the other members of the tour before the climb up to the castle. My only complaint was that it was a hot day and the bus ride back was stifling. Other than that absolutely recommend.

We went to Neushweistein castle. And then to a suspension bridge and zipline. He catered the trip to our group. We were a group of 4 - with an 18 yo and 21 yo. Alex was excellent! Very informative and efficient. Definitely recommend him!.

We had an amazing private tour with Sigmund to Neuschwanstein. Sigmund was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the day smooth and fun from start to finish. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. We had a fantastic lunch at a local spot with great food and atmosphere. The alpine coaster was a highlight, so much fun and a perfect way to take in the mountain views! Highly recommend this tour and Sigmund as your guide!
