Very professional. Puntual. Great experience. Manuela was great. Explain everything with details. And the glass fabric artisan master. It is a pleasure to see his creation and glass master

Beautiful sights, beautiful skills and great trip out of the city but timing is everything. Murano - I loved seeing the glass demo but if I were to redo it, probably just go to Burano. We have glass blowing where I live so it wasn’t as impressive for us since we go locally and see. Also, if you’re in Venice and pass on all the Murano Glass jewelry stores for some at the island, unless your planning on spending more, we couldn’t find anything we were willing to pay for on the island. Again, the museum/art for sale the associates were pushy to the point my husband and I just gave up as he wouldn’t even give us a moment to speak about it. The purchase would have been an investment for us so we wanted to just discuss but sales person would not leave us alone. Burano - worth a trip for the lace art, the scenery and the food. We booked a later tour and wish we would have done a little earlier as things were closing and we still have 30-40 min left on our free time. It did seem that shops stayed open for the later tours, but you could just tell they were waiting for us, not rude very gracious. Our guide was fantastic and extremely passionate about what she was doing. Very friendly, personable and inviting for conversation. It was a great tour. But I would have been fine just doing Burano. Just a personal note, I would recommend if going while in Venice to do it where you’d have time to go back to shop in Venice; there were a few things we saw that were from Murano glass but we wanted to see what they had on island; which again we thought was overpriced but we left early the next morning so we never got back to shopping.

Silvia was a great tour guide. She provided nice commentary and good recommendations for local eating. I did the tour solo and felt comfortable.

The trip to the islands was wonderful! Our guide Manu was so knowledgeable. The highlight of the trip was the glass making

I personally think this tour is not worth it. I think it’s a tourist trap in a sense that they will try to sell you the over priced merchandise. The murano glass that you will find at the gift shop (the smaller items) can be bought elsewhere at a much cheaper price. The gelato store that was recommended by the guide in burano was not good and the kids working there is as rude as they can be. I guess it’s the guide’s job to make her group feel special and told us the glass and lace making show was exclusive for us because she has connections, but as soon as they were done talking about the lace and glass they will usher us to the store because the next group is already waiting by the door. All in all this trip isn not worth it and i think the best part is the boat ride.

It was an excursion mostly for you to shop and purchase items. Much time was given to this part of the tour. There is a demonstration of how they blow glass and creat glasses for selling. The Burano tour was very short but we did have 1 1/2 hours for shopping!

Great trip and a great way to learn and experience other islands including time to explore in your own time

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Manu was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and informative. Just the right amount of time at both places. The glass blowing demonstration at Murano was fantastic! The gentleman has been doing this since the age of 12 and is now 78. Beautiful items and Burano is just lovely! From the colors of the buildings to the gelato, everything was as we hoped. We enjoyed our free time strolling about. We’d highly recommend this tour. You won’t be disappointed.

Our tour guide Elisa was great and very entertaining in spite of the terrible weather we encountered that day. Burano was beautiful and fun to walk around even in the rain . Murano was interesting . It was too expensive to buy anything though . Thankfully we spent more time in Burano . If weather was good , would give this a 5 star. 5 stars to Elisa the guide !!

Very organized tour group with lots of feedback and clear instructions in advance. Monica did great explaining all the landmarks and giving us the history of Murano and Burano and the surrounding islands.
