Breathtaking Doi Inthanon: Chiang Mai's Royal Peaks & Falls

Great Daytrip, if your realy lucky, you get mumu as your tourguide, she tells you everything about her beautiful country and you learn to speak thai like a native, thank you mumu!

Had a fantastic time on the tour. Tomtam the guide was very friendly, full of jokes and recommendations. He gave us an interesting history about the region (I didn't know about Chiang Mai and the north being separate from the south before). Good amount of time spent in each location. The mountain village was particularly unexpected/interesting and there was a surprising number of animals to see- dogs, chickens, pigs along the way. Great lunch provided. The twin pagodas were absolutely beautiful and the surrounding flower park brought life to the photos we took. I wasn't sure how to spend my time in Chaing Mai when I first arrived, but this trip was definitely one of the highlights!

Fantastic day out with our very knowledgeable guide Mumu. Everything was taken care for us and the whole day ran seamlessly. I would absolutely recommend anyone in the area to book this tour during your stay.

It was a great trip with a really good and friendly guide. The day was very well planned from start to finish and each place we stopped at offered amazing sights, definitely worth a go!

Firstly, a special mention to our guide Pino and driver Peter, who made sure the trip was smooth and memorable. Pino was considerate, funny, and had great knowledge of all areas we visited. His English is fantastic which made communication very easy! This was an amazing day overall with incredible sights at the Doi Inthanon Pagodas, a beautiful hike to the Karen Village (with delicious food included), finishing with a memorable experience with elephants - would highly recommend!

One of the highlights of the trip. You go down a path through the jungle, visit a local village, and visit some beautiful temples on top of the mountain. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great day with Pino! He was kind and considerate, and he has a good sense of humor. I think he had as much fun as I did, which was nice because I was traveling solo so it was fun to share the experiences with someone. He was knowledgeable about Thai history, culture and the Karen people. My favorite part of the day was the hike through the jungle, the rice paddies and into a Karen village. Lunch was delicious. Elephants were fun to watch, and the pagodas were beautiful even in the mist. It was great to get outside Chiang Mai into the beautiful highlands. Loved it!

Good tour overall. Clean, comfortable van, stopped for toilet use, guide Ize was knowledgeable and friendly. Made smooth transitions, probably better than “DIY” option overall for the ease factor.

Great trip definitely a 5 out of 5. Our guide MuMu was fantastic and was able to explain all about the various locations we went on. I enjoyed the hike and king and Queen pagodas in particular but the whole trip was really fun with great group of people.
