This half day bus tour was a great one to know the city and its historic background. The tour guide was fantastic. The way he explained everything like a tenured professor. We enjoyed it.

Paul, our guide, was very friendly, knowledge, and accommodating to all of the passengers. He took the time to engage with all the participants and me, individually.

John was a fountain of information, even while carefully navigating the van through Auckland traffic. We saw a lot of the city in a fairly short time. Really great to do on our first day. Highly recommend this tour.

Enjoyed the Auckland half day city tour. John was a great guide and driver. We had a good overview of the city with just enough stops for pictures and lunch. This is a great tour if you have a limited amount of time.

The tour guide/driver, John, was able to provide a great tour using his knowledge of the areas we visited for an entertaining tour. I highly recommend this tour for a better understanding about the Auckland area.

Josh was a great guide and was very knowledgeable of the area taking us to some awesome spots. Sky tower - Great tip about going to the Skybar (min spend $40pp - used for food and 🍻) with free entry rather than paying $47 just for the view. Weather was poor which is why I dropped star rating to 4.

Josh was a great! Funny and very knowledgeable about the area. Great tour. We were able to see Auckland from a lot of different places. We were able to get a lot of great pictures!

They were very accommodating for us, when something unexpected happened beyond our control. Josh provided a great tour and covered off a lot in a relatively short amount of time.

Paul was absolutely brilliant very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He made the whole experience very enjoyable
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- A maximum of 18 people per booking
- There is some access to the bus, if you have a Walker or a Wheelchair, but these items must be folded. There is a small step. There are handles each side of the door to help.
- Strollers must be foldable.
- In consideration of other guests, if you are un-well, please do not participate on the tour. I will refund.
Departure point
There is a vehicle drop-off and pick-up area just to the right of the Ferry Building (behind some big red gates). We will pull in here at 10 am. Alternatively, we offer central pick-up options. Please let us know where you are staying, and we will advise the closest pick-up point.Return details
