Discover Osaka’s retro charm and flavors on a 3-hour Shinsekai & Dotonbori food tour. Begin in Shinsekai, a nostalgic district watched over by Tsutenkaku Tower. Stroll through Jan-Jan Yokocho alley, see the famous Billiken statue, and taste crispy Kushikatsu, Osaka’s beloved skewered delicacy. Step back in time along a “museum-like” food alley, only 1.2 meters wide, filled with artwork and history from over 80 years ago. Visit a hidden temple tucked between Namba’s neon lights for a moment of reflection before diving into Dotonbori—the true heart of Osaka. Known as the “nation’s kitchen” since the Edo period, Dotonbori is the city’s ultimate food hub. Here, indulge in iconic Osaka street foods like Okonomiyaki and Takoyaki while soaking up the district’s vibrant energy. Perfect for travelers seeking history, culture, and local cuisine, this tour blends the flavors of Osaka with its rich past for an unforgettable culinary journey.

Great experience. T was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable. I think he said he grew up in Osaka, so he had local knowledge. There was a wide variety of food that a normal tourist would not be aware of to try. There was also a lot of food. We started hungry and ended full. T also went out of his way to show us an Arcade game spot and took us to see the popular “Glicko Man.” Overall, we had an awesome time!

We had a wonderful experience with Kent on our tour of Osaka. We got to learn about the food and local culture in a relaxed environment -- and the food was delicious!

We had an amazing time on our Osaka Food Tour! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and fantastic with kids — he made the experience fun for the whole family. He went above and beyond, sharing not only delicious local spots but also great recommendations for the rest of our trip. The food was amazing, the atmosphere fun, and we learned so much about Osaka’s food culture. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting — especially families!

Hiro took us around Osaka and showed us some sights and sounds. It was our first day in town and it was great to see the entertainment districts. We ate lots of local specialities and had quite a few drinks. Hiro's English is excellent and he looked after us really well

My Wife and I enjoyed this foodie tour so much. Every place Aina our foodie guide, was amazing. She chose places that were popular by the locals, and less touristy. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Osaka

What a fun evening! Tea took us all over the place and we ate so much food. The streets were filled with people having fun. The food selections were amazing and gave us a taste of Osaka. He also pointed out several restaurants that we might like to visit while in Osaka.

Plenty of good and a nice way to get the lay of the land in the more popular area of Osaka. Though had some challenge keeping up with the guide who was walking quite fast. She did share a lot of great insight into Osaka, providing a very lively conversation

The Magical trip was excellent! Ouguide, Aina, did a great job leading us through several highlights of Osaka including experiencing well known foods like okanamiyoki and takoyaki as well as shopping areas and other well known tourist sights. Aina was one of the best guides/hosts we’ve had on a city’s walking tour and we e been on many. Highly recommend the tour regardless of who the guide is but believe it was better with Aina as our guide
