Nice way to see the famous palace. Our guide Mrs Bili was knowledgeable and funny,enjoyed the tour, will recommend.

Beautiful palace and well maintained. There are two elevators for people who can not climb stairs. Our guide was very courteous and knowledgeable.

We attended this tour in mid October at 3pm. There were no lines, so skip the line wasn’t necessary. The tour was very over priced in my opinion. The palace offers its own tours. Do that or an audio tour instead of this one. You see some rooms and hear some history about the imperial family. The guide wasn’t engaging, perhaps low energy near the end of the day. We left the tour after the palace portion.

The tour operator does not reply Viator messages. Tour operator will WhatsApp you at 3pm when the tour starts at 3pm. Tour guide was quite good.

Lisa was a great guide. She provided the right amount of detail while keeping the tour moving along. She had a great sense of humor too. At the end she provided tips for those who wanted to spend more time touring on their own. Great tour!

There is a bit of walking, but the pace was good. Its October so the heat wasn't a factor for us. There is a decent bit through the garden so you're outside. It was a nice tour and Raphael was a wonderful tour guide!

Our tour of the palace and the garden will start at the Ehrenhofbrunnen, that is the first fountain on your right side after you will enter through the big black gate to the grounds of the Schönbrunnpalace.
