Very interesting and highly recommended. Our guide Daniel was excellent at conveying the context and background of what we were seeing on the tour. Both our teenager’s daughters appreciated the tour. Well worth the money

Danial was an amazing guide. He was knowledgeable, and really loved the subject matter. His enthusiasm and passion shone through. It was a truly meaningful tour; the lessons of the past really do guide how we make decisions in future.

Daniel! Brilliant guide. Informative and animated. Explained the history behind the entire camp culture and gave a perspective on how it happened. The cold, cloudy, rainy day just added to the mood as a bonus.

This was a wonderful tour. While a very heavy experience, it was deeply enlightening and our guide, Artie, was incredible. He was deeply knowledgeable, respectful, objective, and made the experience one that was enriching and honored those who experienced the unimaginable or were murdered. Artie also kindly lent me his umbrella during the awful cold rain we experienced during the tour, and he helped us navigate train challenges upon the return. He truly went above and beyond. If you have the opportunity to take this tour, do it. The experience will stay with you for a lifetime.

Despite the weather, the tour was great. Artie was so knowledgeable and you could follow his explanations very well. His pace of speaking was perfect which is very important for this kind of topic, in our opinion. He not only took care of our questions but also of our group as well - he made sure, no one got lost until the very end. We learned a lot and got remembered that this ugly piece of German history should never be forgotten. Thank you very much!!

Artie was such an amazing tour guide and a font of knowledge Whilst the tour itself is very sobering it is something I would recommend anyone to do. It really makes the history real! To add to this we did it on a VERY cold (7°) wet day. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute & am looking forward to tuning in to Arties podcast as he makes history very interesting. Thanks again.

Thank you Artie for a very interesting tour to Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp. Despite it being a bitterly cold and wet day you managed to keep everyone engaged, including our 12 & 14 year old. Lots of helpful information for our 14 year old’s GCSEs. Thank you Insider Tours.

Despite the weather, Artie gave an informative and enjoyable camp tour that we would definitely recommend to those interested.

Artie was an excellent tour guide. So informative and accommodating to the entire group. We learnt a lot about this camp and the history of the area.
