The experience with Siobhán was a total blast!! She made the experience so much fun! She is very knowledgeable & very much attentive to others along with being detail oriented! When she first saw me and said: “are you Olivia…?” I knew I would have a great time! Her passion for her job along with making sure others are helped is such a great way to experience a tour in such a caring way! She has a great sense of humor and she is definitely one of those individuals that will know how to help you! Very caring, very professional— most heartbreaking tours I have ever accomplished— and yet so much needed for the knowledge & for the appreciation we truly have in the world today! Amazing tour guide! :)

It was very informative but I think it was rushed through . Not given enough time to look at the exhibits and also missed several buildings. I actually stayed back so I could go back and visit them..

This was my second visit to Sachsenhausen, this time with my son, as it holds deep importance for our family. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. Miguel, our guide, while clearly knowledgeable about the site and the era, was disoriented and delivered the material in a noticeably biased way. The memorial itself is incredibly powerful and I would still recommend coming, there is real value in the tour, but the guide significantly diminished the impact. His delivery was erratic and difficult to follow, especially for non-native English speakers, and at times he described historical details that were unrelated to the specific location, which further detracted from the experience.

This is a really interesting day out. Very informative but of course also sad. It was my favourite day in Berlin and would 10/10 recommend. Our guide Anna was amazing! She is so knowledgeable on the subject and very passionate about it. She had the perfect balance of the seriousness of the awful things that happened here whilst also making it enjoyable and engaging.

Roshanna was a great tour guide. She was extremely helpful in ensuring that my friend and I had the proper transit tickets and was great in getting us to our destination on the public transit system. Her tour was very informative and she was able to pack in lots of information in the time that we spent there. Would recommend this tour to anyone looking to visit this location.

Really enjoyed the tour. Roshana guided us through the difficult subject matter with great knowledge and understanding, despite the rain! Would recommend this for anyone with an interest in history that’s visiting Berlin.

Anna was extremely knowledgeable and a great leader! She explained every question that was asked very clearly and intelligently as well.

Anna was brilliant. It was obvious she knew a great deal of information about everything and was extremely funny and friendly - even when public transport wasn’t on our side. Highly recommend this tour if you’re in Berlin!

Anna was a magnificent tour guide, she didn’t hold back from the grizzly details of the horrors that occurred on that site, but also linked it to the climate of today which really struck a chord. She made a great effort to get to know everyone personally and was able to answer every question and query with detail and professionalism. This was needed in a location such of this. Would definitely visit again when next in Berlin.
