The experience was good overall. I enjoyed the history provided via headset. There should be more buses added to the fleet to avoid customer wait times. The customer should be made aware of extremely long wait times, especially during high traffic times. Due to the high traffic, I had to hop off and catch the subway to avoid missing my train to Paris.

At times, the London blue line was overcrowded with standing room only. Appeared to be used by some as public transportation rather than sightseeing. Difficult to enjoy when overcrowded.

Traveller should plan ahead what stops to go down to before the actual tour to optimize the value of a hop on hop off activity

Liked the idea, was a bit confusing finding pick up stations. Boat ride on the Thames was amazing and boat staff gave a great presentation

Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting London for the first time or 100th time. Great way to see the highlights of the city.

Good way to start your journey in a new place. Bus will take you to different parts of London. Good to know what parts you want to see so you can decide where you want to visit. There is different lines you ride to see different parts. Get a map at one of the Big Bus stops or booths. You get headsets that tell you what you're looking at, not personalized. Had a sunny day and learn some interesting facts. Would highly recommend on your first trip to London.

Make sure you activate it the first day you use the bus or your pass will expire. It was easy to fix with any agent at a bus stop.

Our guide on the bus (I think Robert was this gentleman’s name, retired history teacher and barefoot Londoner) was marvelous. He had lots of information and stories about the historical buildings! We took the blue Hop on Hop off bus route on September 29th and really enjoyed our tour. The weather and atmosphere were great, no complaints!

Unfortunately, London traffic makes this tour very difficult. We sat on the bus for nearly two hours and made it to 3 stops. We ended up getting off the bus and walking. The traffic makes big bus tours nearly impossible.
