Unforgettable Nairobi Safari: 5-Hour City Wildlife Quest

Good experience. Our guide did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable of the Nairobi National Park. He made sure we saw most of the popular animals

The tour was pleasant. The driver- David stopped to allow us the opportunity to take photos and observe animals up close. The pick up was rocky (communication needs to be better here) but was resolved in the end. The exiting part was when the baboon by the restrooms tried to sneak into the jeep to search for food!

Wanted to make a special mention for our guide/driver David, he was fantastic. He knew a lot of in depth information about the animals, took an interest in looking for interesting sights, and knew when to stop to let us look at the animals or when to drive on and continue searching for something new. His knowledge about the park and its animals was very deep and he was able to answer almost every question he had. We were able to get great views of rhino, lion, giraffe, and many other animals. Would certainly recommend the tour.

The driver was on time and very helpful in answering questions and sharing information about the park and animals. Although the van wasn’t the fanciest of vehicles, it allowed us to see the animals well with an expandable roof. We got to see an amazing variety of wildlife - part luck, but also due to the drivers experience. I wish the ecitizen system was easier to use for purchasing park entrance tickets, but this is beyond the control of the tour company. I would definitely recommend them to others!

Best game drive in Nairobi we ever go to Nairobi national park before but didn’t see anything much. We go with this tour driver very professional we meet 3 lion both male and female little fox wild pig ostrich. My friend told she ever go to masaii Mara but this trip we meet a lot of animals

I booked the 6am safari in a Jeep, the driver arrived late but it wasn’t a big deal. I joined alone and there were 6 other people in the car (three couples that didn’t know each other previously), it was a really boring group but it was a nice experience nonetheless and nothing the company can control. The car was a Jeep like in the pictures and it was great for the park as we went through the mud and off road to see some animals. The guide, William, was fun and knowledgeable about the park and the animals. He was good at spotting animals and encouraged us to look out too. We saw 3 of the Big 5 and many other animals. We also got to see them from very close up which was an amazing experience! William also waited for us to take photos and was very patient. I think for a first time safari it was really great and I would totally recommend it. One thing I didn’t like was that, towards the end, we rushed a little bit and I would have liked to stay longer and see more animals but because we already saw the lion it seemed the rest of the group was ok with it.. we then went to the craft village where the souvenir prices were obviously hiked up for tourists. We spent half an hour there which should have been spent in the park instead. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and I think the price for it was almost justified.

Shem was a professıonal guıde who ıs so patıent and knowlegable our safarı ın amboseiı was fılled wıth great adventure .ı hıghly recommend Shem.He ıs a good drıver and so ınformatıve.

It was a wonderful trip. I really enjoyed my half day trip. The guide/driver, Frances, was very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable of every animal and environment. He provided the best experience for the trip by taking us to places that maximised our chances for spotting the animals and for the best photos by being flexible on returning to a site or waiting for us to get the picture we wanted. Including providing a tour of the beads-making initiative and Maasai market also provided a great overview of the rules and responsibilities of tourists when in the park. He was also very helpful in sorting out the issues we had for registering and paying for our ticket online as requested by the Park service. He created a good atmosphere amongst the group even though we had never met one another before. Water was provided. The animals spotted were silverback Jackal, Thomson's gazelles, Hartebeests, Elands, Monitor lizard, Ostriches, Warthogs, Crocodiles, Hippopotamus, Marabou storks, African Fish eagle, Puff adder snake, Grey heron, Yellow-billed storks, Egyptian goose, Crowned plover, Impala, Velvet monkeys, Zebras, White rhinoceros and the African Buffalo.

Your guides showed up 30 minutes late-seemed to be not big deal to them but had us stressing! Am I getting a refund for the lost time? Animals cooperated but drivers seemed in too much of a hurry-needed to stay stopped longer so we could enjoy the animals.

Great tour, we saw way more then we expected, including three lions. So definitely worth a visit. Our guide Shan knows his way in the park very well.
