Our tour guide Tobi was excellent. He knows Berlin history at the back of his hand. He interacts very well and great personality. He knows the ins and outs of Berlin.

Comfortable clean bus. On time. Our guide Ryan was kind courteous helpful and knowledgeable. He did a great job of tying everything together. A lot of history. Outstanding tour!!!

Tour was awesome, guide was spectacular and extremely knowledgeable. But the bus had no wi-fi or ability to charge phones. It was an 12 hour tour so I had no phone for most of the day…. :(

Our guide Philippa and driver Markus made this a fantastic excursion. So knowledgeable. Being a British speaking guide was so helpful. Her history education made all the difference in the world. Markus sharing his story for escaping East Germany really put this area in perspective. The 2 of them made sich a wonderful team. We definitely will recommend them to all of our traveling friends.

Jonathan was our tour guide and was wonderful, he did a great job with managing approx 30 of us through the streets of Berlin. He was very informative and had extensive knowledge on the history of Berlin. The city was extremely crowded and noisy with tourists and traffic so at times it was difficult to hear Jonathan. Dont know if this is an option, but suggest starting the tour where it ended and finish where we started as it might be less crowded along the way. Either way, we highly recommend this tour.

We enjoyed this tour of Berlin. There is so much history in the city and Jonathan did a great job explaining so much to us. He is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humour. While we covered a lot, there is obviously value in travelling again to Berlin to see things more in-depth. In particular, at the end of the tour our time was a bit rushed at the Berlin wall as they were very focused on making sure we made it back to our ship on time. Would have liked to have spent more time there, but do appreciate their attention to making sure we didn't miss our cruise ship. Overall highly recommend this tour to get an overview of Berlin in the time allowed.

This was probably my favorite tour of the trip. We were a bit apprehensive about the long ride from Warnemünde, but it was WELL worth it. We got to see so many things. Guide Anne was a treasure, so full of information and so funny! The bus was clean and comfortable. Would not hesitate to recommend this your tour others.

It is a long drive to Berlin. Our guide Anne explained the history of Germany on our way there. She gave a great tour with loads of information about all our stops. Highly recommend this tour.

What an amazing experience we had in Berlin, thanks in TOTAL to Walid! Not only did he take us to all the fantastic historical sites that this beautiful city has to offer, but his knowledge, clear delivery, witty humor, and insightful factoids in and around Berlin were far more than we had ever experienced from the vast number of guides we have had over the years. We spent the greater part of two days with Walid walking, talking standing, and traveling by van as he explained everything that a first timer to Berlin would want to hear. He also had a picture notebook which he used at times to show visuals of the geography, changes in geography, the monuments and buildings both pre-war and post-war that allowed us to understand these artifacts in an easy to understand way like we were there when it took place. His demeanor and level of engagement with us was exemplary at all times, along with his patience he had fielding the multiple questions we had. He was especially keen at providing us with stories “between the lines” that further enhanced our experience. His easy going style and pace of visiting the exhibits, palaces, and points of interest were spot on and we were never rushed going from one to the other. Not only was he super knowledgeable about Berlin then and now, there wasn’t any arrogance as he was patient and our experience was very conversational. In fact, it felt like we had known him all of our lives and hope to maintain our new friendship. If you want to have the MOST thoughtful and engaging experience getting to know Berlin, I would absolutely call on Walid, without exception!
