It’s a nice attraction and great way to get a full view of this beautiful city of London. We arrived at the site and went through right away.

The Eye was great. Have wonderful viewers of the city. Best to book the first time slot to avoid the long lines

Amazing views with unobstructed views when your cab is at the top. The ride goes around once but slowly for great pictures

I came and visited on my birthday (13/10) and I really enjoyed my experience. I am not brilliant with heights but the ride was so smooth and I didn’t even realise it was moving. Every member of staff I interacted with were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Step aboard one of London’s most iconic attractions and see the city like never before. The London Eye takes you 135 meters above the River Thames for a breathtaking 360° view of Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, and the shimmering skyline. Each capsule is climate-controlled and offers plenty of space to move around, making it perfect for couples, families, or solo explorers. Whether it’s your first time in London or your tenth, this experience never gets old — especially as the sun dips below the horizon and the city lights begin to sparkle. Skip the long lines by booking your ticket in advance and enjoy priority boarding. With SaverSeats, you’re not just getting a ticket — you’re getting the best view in town for less.

The London Eye is an interesting experience that I was glad that I went on, but I am not sure if I would recommend. It offers great views of the city but I understand that The Shard and Sky Garden also can do this. Heck, the coffee shop at Tate Modern also has great views and it is free to go up. We had booked a time and were waiting for our slot, when we arrived 15 minutes early to join an extremely long queue. I was very surprised how quickly the line went and we actually boarded the ride at our allocated time. I suspect if we arrived early (within reason), we could have got on sooner rather than waiting around. Getting on and off was easy, even though the ride didn't stop. The entire trip lasted about 30 minutes and was very relaxing. Obviously the views were great, but I `think that I would have spent less time if I had gone up the Shard or Sky Garden, as the ride seemed to trudge along. The are definitely opportunities to get discounted tickets: book online or in the visitor centre or with the London Pass. Since the line went quick, I wouldn't pay extra for a fast path.

This is a fantastic experience. You get an unbelievable view of London and the river. The ride is so smooth and takes about 30 minutes.

It was excellent!. But note there is no tour guide to meet you. That's fine. You dont need it. The guide comes while you are in the VIP area. But it didn't specify that so we missed our time slot because we were waiting on a tour guide to meet us. Once we found out where we needed to be. It was awesome

Riding the London Eye was one of the highlights of our trip to London. The giant observation wheel offers stunning panoramic views of the entire city that you just can’t get anywhere else. The capsules are spacious, clean, and comfortable, making the ride very enjoyable and relaxing. As we slowly ascended, we could see famous landmarks like Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, the River Thames, and even as far as St. Paul’s Cathedral. The experience is perfect for all ages, whether you’re with family, friends, or on a romantic outing. The view at sunset was absolutely magical — the city lights coming alive as the sky darkened made it a truly unforgettable moment. Booking tickets in advance made everything hassle-free, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. If you want a unique perspective of London and some incredible photo opportunities, the London Eye is definitely worth it!

The pod was smoother than my last date, and way less awkward. Highly recommend for skyline lovers and people who enjoy pretending they're in a rom-com.
