Just wonderful - my friend left her phone on the boat and the lovely Norman managed to get it back for her by getting in touch with crew and staff - it allowed us to enjoy our holiday which would have been a nightmare had she lost it . So thank you Norman

Fun day out in London. The hop on hop off ferry was generally a fun and easy experience. We did have one hiccup at Greenwich wharf on 10-October when the chap working there wasn’t happy that we purchased a family ticket for our family of 5. He requested we purchase an extra ticket which was a mistake as our ticket included 3 kids. He wasn’t interested I. What we had to say but instead summoned his superior via walkie talkie to help address the situation as it was clearly the biggest issue of the day. We were let in but it left a sour taste in our mouth after what was a really positive day.

Blue light nor nhs card warrants a concession si be careful when ordering and paying online. On board staff very nice however terminal staff were abrupt and unhelpful

We had pre-booked our Clipper tickets via the app, expecting a relaxed, scenic journey along the Thames £25.00 each . Instead, the day started with frustration and disappointment. Arriving at the pier at 10am there was no staff to guide or advise us. We’d seen Clipper crews on other boats helping lost tourists, so we anticipated the same courtesy. But when our boat arrived, passengers disembarked, the walkway was removed almost immediately, and the boat departed — leaving us standing there. To add insult to injury, the staff onboard were smiling and laughing at us. Our lack of knowledge was clearly amusing! I trust the Mars crew had a good laugh! As someone with limited mobility this wasn’t amusing and this was far from a minor inconvenience. The lack of awareness or assistance meant we had to scramble to arrange alternative transport, turning what should have been a leisurely start into a stressful rush and physical pain. Over the course of the day, we overheard other passengers voicing similar complaints, which made it clear our experience was not unique. We did use the hop-on, hop-off tickets again later, and the staff we encountered were much friendlier, suggesting it may have been one particularly poor crew on that first boat. Still, the initial experience left a lasting negative impression on our day. For anyone relying on the Clipper service, particularly those with mobility challenges, I would advise caution — a scenic ride can quickly turn stressful if you encounter the wrong crew like us.

A family of five in London for our son's 18th Birthday. Thought that this would be a more relaxing way to get to the O2 for our climb, but how wrong. RB6 Eastbound due 0958. Bankside Pier was a shambles, When the boat arrived (20 minutes late) it docked the opposite way around, so people who had been queuing longer ended up at the back and were eventually refused boarding as it was full. The crew were rude and dismissive. The next boat would not get us there in time so had to get the underground anyway should have saved ourselves £75.00 and done that first. The return journey could not have been more different, friendly helpful crew and pier staff at North Greenwich and on board. In the evening, the staff at Clipper Lounge EMB were welcoming, and the ride home at night is spectacular. If you have a schedule to keep, then stick to the tube. Otherwise this a great way to explore London.

Easy to book online and ticket went into Google wallet easily. Norman was very helpful in answering questions about transport along the river and around canary wharf area. Loved going under tower bridge and the sights along the river and also get from a to b.

Good weather. Staff very nice. But disappointed in the route. Had to get off the boat at northern end to get on another boat to return to London Eye. Then suddenly told to get off at Embankment and walk (a LONG walk after 14 flight day). Had to walk all the way to London Eye hotel including two huge staircases. Did more time walking than riding the boat

A lovely summer day so it was reasonably busy but the wait wasn't very long at all. Efficient and friendly crew, with a special shout out to Norman at Greenwich who's humour and professionalism kept us entertained and safe.

Disappointed with the weekend timetable - on the app the last clipper was 10:50pm. Got to the CW Pier at 10pm and waited 50mins. Clipper did not arrive - waited 15 more mins just in case it was running late. Never arrived. Had to get a taxi. Not very good for first time using Uber. Will go back to Thames going forward……👎🏾👎🏾
