Good company BUT NOT ... NOT budget. One of the MOST EXPENSIVE! Pilot was very skilled and the staff was friendly

The van picked us up around 4am and 45 minutes later our hot air balloon took off. We got a little breakfast box and non-alcoholic champagne after the ride. It was a great, one of a kind experience!

Great experience and everything was as described. We got higher than most balloons, was given a certificate after, landing was super smooth and there was no more than 20 people in our basket. My only piece of feedback would be that they had a go-pro hanging from either side for pictures of us but that meant it got in the way of your pictures, I had to keep asking for it to be pulled up.

Pick up on time, ride was very smooth, they turned the balloon around so you can have 360 degree view, overall great experience

Amazing experience and even better crew that out together the activity! Pick up from our hotel was arranged and communicated ahead of time and it went seamlessly! Highly recommend! The champagne toast the end was a nice send off after landing back.
