Summit the 'Top of Europe': Jungfraujoch Day Trip from Zurich

Thanks to our guide, Kid, everyone had a great day, he was the best guide I have ever met. His knowledge and help was beyond very good, he just doing his job

The trip was a total disaster because of the Tour Guide , named Kid. He was more of a maniac than a tour guide. He was more keen of dictating terms with the guests, literally snatching phones from guests, clicking their pictures snd then getting his photo clicked with them , his own reels made, rather than making the guests feel comfortable. This trip was a nightmare.. it eventually turned out to be Kid's own branding trip, rather than a memorable one for the tourists. He even made statements like " if its not my customer, I dont care if they die" .. it was disgusting. We were hoping that the trip ends sooner. Only because of this maniac tour guide, what could have been otherwise a memorable trip to Jungfraujoch, turned to be a nightmare.. Viator should take strict action against this guide and bar him.

From Zürich we rode a coach to the beautiful village of Interlaken, then continued to the train station in Grindelwald where we rode a train the long and scenic way across Lauterbrunnen then Kleine Scheidegg to Eigergletscher where we took the express train to Jungfraujoch. The beauty and wonder of this Alps summit are amazing and must be experienced once in a lifetime. We spent about 2 hours there and had lunch. On the way back we descended directly using a cable car all the way down to Grindelwald where our bus was waiting to take us back to Zürich. We took the most wonderful pictures during this tour for a memory of a life time. I definitely recommend this tour.

A full day that was operated on-time and well thought-out! Our guide Kiddong knew what he was doing and our bus driver was great, as- well.

The whole logistics to get to the Jungfrauhoch is complicated, and this tour makes it easy. The overall experience was really good, we wish we wouldn't have to stop to pickup (and later in the day drop) more passengers because it robs time tha could have been better spent at Interlaken and Grindelwald. Food for thought for the operator given the high prices. Bottom line, a good tour.

It was an awesome experience. Well worth the cost. Our guide Kid was very good. He took time for plenty of pictures and answered questions. He’s a colourful person but does a great job of keeping everyone on time. I would highly recommend this tour.

It was amazing! Just be prepared for the slippery ice when walking out to the glacier plateau, a lot of people slipped over.

Mind blowingly beautiful and the most gorgeous, hardworking tour guide I have ever experienced. This tour is non stop amazement from start to finish with nature at her best and Mr Kid the tour guide kept everyone together, making sure everyone had the best spot for their particular needs the whole day. It was cold and windy but it didn’t stop us enjoying the stunning view and experiences of this amazing tour.

Kid was, and I made sure he was aware of it, the greatest tour guide I've had in all my years of traveling. The tour itself was great as I received a great mix of everything, active and knowledgeable tour guide, different modes of transportation, time to walk around and enjoy the fresh air, and beautiful views.
