Breathtaking Dubai Heritage Safari: Vintage Land Rover & Starlit Feast

Our desert safari with Platinum Heritage was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The entire experience was seamless, authentic, and perfectly organized — a true reflection of the company’s high standards and passion for showcasing the beauty of Dubai’s desert heritage. A special thank you to Noman, our guide, who truly made the experience unforgettable. He was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly friendly, always ensuring everyone felt comfortable and engaged. Noman shared fascinating insights about the desert, local culture, and wildlife — turning what could’ve been just a tour into a meaningful journey through the UAE’s history and traditions.

The company organized everything very efficiently. Our guide Ayaz was very friendly & informative, and we were particularly impressed that they organized a gluten-free birthday cake for our friend when we only informed them on pick-up. The food was delicious and all the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this tour for a first trip to the desert.

Our experience was absolutely wonderful! 🌸 Our Guides Michelle and Abbas were amazing — so attentive, caring, and you can clearly see how much they love what they do. They’re both so fun and lighthearted, which made the trip incredibly enjoyable. They shared so many interesting details that made everything even more special. As Dubai was our stop by from our honeymoon, they prepared a flower surprise that was beautiful! We’re so happy we chose this tour with Heritage! We honestly couldn’t have asked for better guides — the whole experience exceeded our expectations!

Fantastic experience under Arabian skies. The whole experience is well curated and the staff is very friendly. The food is also great and gives a flavour of the Emeratis.

Delighted to have decided to go on this adventure. From the moment we were picked up the trip was exceptional. Driving in the desert in a vintage Land Rover, riding camels and eating authentic food, topped off with star gazing after a falcon display was such fun! Special mention to Hamish (think I’ve spelt it correctly) and especially Khairi who looked after us so well!

As a family of 4 with two young children, we were a little worried how they would manage an afternoon in the Arabian desert… What an incredible day! When we originally booked the tour, it was on the more expensive side but it really was worth the money. Our tour guide Karim made what was an incredible day, even better. He was amazing with the kids, took so many great photos and we all learned so much more about Arabian culture. We had a wonderful time on the Heritage Vintage Land Rover Safari. It was by far our best experience in Dubai. An extremely well run operation with so much packed into it, from the drive through the nature reserve, to the Hawk demonstration, camel ride, dinner and stargazing. We learned a lot and had an absolute ball. Would not hesitate to recommend.

What an amazing tour, this is a must do if you are in Dubai. Our guide Nazir was amazing, very informative and totally focussed on our enjoyment of the tour. Driving thru the desert in the old Land Rovers was like transcending thru time. Was simply a great day. Nazir asked us for a highlight, we all couldn’t narrow it down. From the traditional headpiece, spotting the gazelles, being blown away by the falconry and finally the amazing finale of the dinner, how could you isolate one as a highlight. Thanks again for an amazing day Nazir!

A beautiful setting for Dinner, Guides Karim & Yannick were amazing, so knowledgeable and informative. The food was really lovely. Got to pet the Camels, you could ride them if you wanted to. The entertainment got the audience involved which was really good.
