Riviera Grandeur: Nice, Eze, Monaco Shore Excursion from Cannes

Elizabeth was amazing! We traveled with our 3 older children. She kept them engaged the whole time. We learned so much from Elizabeth. She was very personal and learned a little about each one of us while also incorporating a little humor in. We had so much fun.

We enjoyed our private excursion to Eze, Monaco and Monte Carlo. Our port was a tender port in Cannes and was able to contact Bingo tour to ensure the driver would wait in case of tender delays. Our driver Denis was wonderful! He asked us what we were interested in seeing and customized the stops to our liking. We skipped the perfume factory and was able to spend more time in Eze and Monte Carlo which we enjoyed. We ate lunch in Monaco but beware the time as service at the restaurant was slow (took 1 hour for 2 pizzas) so it left little time for any shopping. Denis was friendly and very knowledgeable, and got us back to our ship with time to spare. Highly recommended!!

From start to finish our tour was well guided by Dennis and his expert knowledge of the riviera was just what we needed. We were a group of 8 adults and were transported efficiently in a comfortable van, from the cruise port in Cannes to Ezze where he secured our tour of Fragonard Parfumeries. This was such a lovely tour and we all purchased beautiful products there. Next stop was Monaco, where our guide parked and led us through the St. Martin Gardens to overlook Port de Fontvieille. Then we walked through old Monaco City up near the Prince’s Palace, and had lunch at Pizzaria Tony. Dennis had made the reservation and the food was so very good. The ziti pesto, lasagna, and the Gorgonzola pizza were our favorites! Then we walked back to the van and drove to the area of the Casino de Monte-Carlo and were able to walk in the visitor area and view the opulent and iconic Casino Royal interior. The surrounding square has a large reflective ball which is quite the photo opportunity. After our stop there, Dennis drove us on the formula one route through the hairpin turns to the finish line. We were returned precisely at the promised time. This company is efficient and trustworthy. Dennis was a charming and informative guide who took great care to ensure we had a wonderful day on the French Riviera.

Francis (Francois) was wonderful! He took care of us from beginning to end, as soon as we were done seeing something, he was there to pick us up conveniently, guide us the right way or translate something. We just didn’t have to think about anything regarding itinerary and the van was spotless and cool on a hot day. Had a wonderful full day off the ship seeing Cannes, Nice, Eze, and Monaco. His English is fantastic and he shared so much with us about the sites we saw and answered questions about local politics and social issues. Took pictures for our group and knew the wonderful scenic stops. Great driver. Just a fantastic day our college age daughters even enjoyed immensely, a day that will stay with us forever. Thank you!

Our guide, Daniel, was professional, knowledgeable, and tailored our experience to what we wanted most to see. He was right there waiting for us when we disembarked, even though the time changed at the last minute. We saw Monaco, including the changing of the guard at the beautiful palace, Monte Carlo, and the amazing little town of Eze, France. Our driver took us back along the scenic Cote D'Azure, so we got to see all the beautiful beach towns that make up the French Riviera and stopped at all the best spots for us to take pictures. This was one of the best days of our trip! Would highly recommend this private tour vs. some of the group tours we've been on.
