Doha Unveiled: Private 5-Hour Iconic City Exploration

Our tour guide Ali was fantastic! super knowledgeable and positive about everything in Qatar. He picked us up at the Mondrian Doha Hotel, which is an amazing 6 Star Hotel level of service, then Ali gave us a great 4 hour walking/driving tour where the time flew by! The Falconry tour was an unexpected amazing treat! To be able to hold and stroke a live falcon, wow that was amazing. The Falcony store was incredible. Photos don’t do it justice. We drove from area to area in Ali’s air conditioned car, and everywhere he took us was fascinating! And enroute he pointed out buildings and explained the history of Doha. The time flew by!

We did the city tour with Abdullah and it was an amazing experience. He is an amazing guy and guides very well and patient with us even helped us with our pictures and all. Totally recommended.

The tour is a good way to familiarise with the city's main attractions, as the guide (in our case it was Abdul Nasir) takes you both to the old as well as modern Doha highlights. We actually liked a lot the Souq Waqif - the falcon fair is really extraordinary, and the falcons hospital is a must-see. The Katara village with the Europe-inspired buildings, the Pearl and the Gawan islands are interesting. The tour was well organized and the guide was attentive and flexible.

I joined a shared tour by our tour guide Abdul Nassir he was very helpful taking pictures as a solo traveler taking good shots is quite a challenge but overall all of my shots are fantastic. I booked the 3pm tour and it’s still humid outside, though some areas have outdoor AC to cool you down. The Souq Waqif is so huge you need another day to roam it around. It’s actually nice to know the history of Doha and it’s so beautiful.

I really enjoyed the 4-hour tour in Qatar with our guide Akhtar! The guide was very attentive to everyone, shared many interesting facts about the country and local life. The time went by so fast. It was pleasant, informative, and totally worth it.

Imran was our Tour guide. He taken us to tge main places in doha and he is very good. We visited yo the museum, corniche, katara masjid and little venice. It was really good he gave ua water 4-5 times. He let us try arabic coffee with dates and it was so nice to taste first time.

This was a good tour round the main attractions in Doha. However, I booked the tour for 2 pm owing to my limited time in the city. And was not picked up until 3.15 pm. This led to stops being quite short. I was keen to visit the National Museum but we only stopped for 20 mins. So not worth paying the entrance fee for such a short time. However, I enjoyed visiting the souk, learning about the culture and the other places visited around Qatar. The guides were friendly and happy to answer questions. It was also a nice touch being picked up and dropped off. In an air conditioned comfortable car.

Awesome tour, helpful guide, overall fun. Easy pickup, easy drop off, door to door. Very multi-cultural feel. Nice preview for exploring more later.

We had flawless evening city tour with Zia, who was very friendly, attentive, full of stories/facts about Qatar. It was a really comfortable and absolutely safe way to visit Doha. All the hightliths were seen and the scheduling could be flexible according to our wishes.
