Great experience. Highly recommended. Beautiful boat and sights. Lived experiencing Venice from the water.

Though touristy this was a must do in our opinion while in Venice. Having the private boat made it that much more special.

Great knowledge and great tour, our guide in the walking tour was very helpful and answered any of our questions. We learnt so much in the 15 minute walking tour before the gondola ride.

Our young gondolier waited for us as we were running a bit late. He was very informative about the area and the uniqueness of Venice. It was a tad chilly but well worth the effort for this iconic ride.

I’m disappointed. We paid $170 for a private gondola only to get ripped off. The gondolier didn’t know we had already paid and said the price was $90 which was half of what TripAdvisor charges. It was supposed to be 30minutes and we only got 22. He didn’t sing or even whistle. It was beautiful bc my husband was there and the weather was pretty but I feel so ripped off by TripAdvisor.

Unfortunately we cannot recommend this experience. Our ride was to include a dinner at the end and we never got our meal. There was no one to even ask at the end of our ride about the dinner and our gondelire was on his cell phone for half the trip

Not a good experience. Person checking us in was not helpful and borderline rude to us. First part of the gondola ride was filled with our gondolier speaking loudly to another gondolier next to us and laughing, so not very romantic. Then we went in the canal, which was nicer. When we came out of one canal, the ride was over. Only 18 minutes long instead of 30 like booking said. We also didn’t go past all things listed in booking and only 1 canal (booking says canals). Sunset tour and we were in between tall buildings in the canal. Great thing to experience in Venice but I would choose another company!

Great guide with good information. With as many gondola services available, better signage and “pre trip ” info would be helpful.

The tour location was easy to find if you followed the directions emailed to you. The gondolier was ok and upon return he did tell us a little of what we were seeing. The trip only 20 minutes and it returned you from where you started. Then dinner dorections were only the name of the restaurant. Somehow a separate ticket didn’t come to me. The restaurant refused us and made us walk 10 minutes back to gondolier. He helped us retrieve his paper out of the trash. We then walked that back to the restaurant and this time they took us. You get two courses and a side yes but a very limited selection while people around you had good looking dishes. They you must pay for water or anything to drink with meal. Food was ok but restaurant we small and very busy. Not worth what we paid at all
