Cappadocia's Iconic Red Tour: Guide, Lunch & Wonders

We had a wonderful tour. Elif was super. Her English was great and she was very knowledgeable. She made Cappadocia come alive. She was very patient and responsive to our grou and a lot of fun.

We booked our Cappadocia Red Tour with Gorgeous Travels at the last minute through our hotel, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Our guide, Eli, was very knowledgeable and friendly, making the tour both informative and enjoyable. The logistics were excellent—pickup and drop-off were right on time, which made everything smooth and stress-free. A nice touch was the unlimited supply of cold water containers throughout the day, something we really appreciated in the heat. Overall, the tour exceeded our expectations. Gorgeous Travels provided excellent service, and we would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

We had the pleasure of joining the Red Tour in Cappadocia with Bayram as our guide, and it was truly unforgettable. Our group was slightly larger, around 14 people, but Bayram managed everything so well that we all felt included. He was extremely knowledgeable, explaining every detail of the history, culture, and landscapes with great clarity. What stood out the most was his empathy and his wonderful sense of humor—he never let us forget that we were on vacation to enjoy ourselves. His jokes and positive energy kept the group smiling throughout the day. We saw so many incredible places, and thanks to Bayram, it was not just informative but also fun. Without him, it wouldn’t have been the same experience.

I normally hate guided tours, but we had so much fun with this one. Elif, was so much fun to hang with, was very knowledgeable and was flexible in allowing us to explore other parts of the places we saw and do other things like grab drinks and souvenirs. Would do it again, just for the laughs. Thanks for the memories!

Our tour guide was amazing and the driver too! We were looked after very well. The only thing that ruined the day for us was the tourist trap at the pottery shop. The staff there are very intense and follow you round trying to make you buy something. For the amount we paid, I didn’t expect that type of stop to be included.

We had such a great experience on the Cappadocia Red Tour with our guide Bayram. He was so knowledgeable and really passionate about sharing the history and culture of the area. His enthusiasm made the whole day even more enjoyable. Bayram was also really accommodating. He listened to all of our requests and made sure we were comfortable throughout the day. He knew the best spots for photos and helped us capture the most beautiful views of Cappadocia. During the tour we visited incredible places like the Göreme Open Air Museum. Each stop had something special and Bayram made sure we didn’t miss any of the highlights. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cappadocia. If you can, ask for Bayram as your guide. He really made the experience unforgettable.
