The "luxury" coach has very small, close seats, not enough room to put your tray down if the person in front of you lays back, limited air control, no place on the seat back to keep items. Our guide was very pleasant and worked hard unfortunately her strong accent made it hard to understand her English. If English were my second language I would have really struggled to understand. Cheverny seemed to be an add-on but was our favorite.

The bus was comfortable, but cold. Don't hesitate to say something. All the Châteaus were very interesting. No lunch is provided, but the second stop at Chenonceau has a very good cafeteria. The third Château de Cherverny is beautiful but should be given more time. Make sure you check out the dogs. One comment about the guide. She was very nice and enthusiastic, but spoke to fast. She spoke two or three languages, which is impressive, but flew through each one.

The bus ride outside of Paris is long, but the scenery was pretty and the castles were very interesting.

We knew we had a full day trip from Paris to see castles in the Loire Valley. What we didn't know was that we'd be crowded into a bus with less than coach-plane-seat space and no toilet. We were hours between stops and the experience was uncomfortable. They put many language speakers together, so every announcement was made multiple times. And finally, our guide was not a fluent English speaker. Understanding the French history associated with the area and castles from her was almost impossible most of the time.

Steven was great! He accommodated us and explained everything perfectly and waited for us. We had a great time.

Great guide. She spoke four languages, knowledgeable, provided commentary that kept our group engaged, and made this experience A+! Worth the cost when you count the transportation + tickets + guide. Do not hesitate!

Amazing tour with lots of history, the bus was comfortable and the guide and driver awesome. Lunch at a designated venue would make the tour much better

It starts early in the morning & we were on the other side of Paris; coordinated a taxi with our hotel. Got to the Pullman hotel in plenty of time for tour pick up which was on-time and easy. However, there is no place open at that hour nearby to get a coffee or pastry - bring a snack or coordinate a to-go bag with your hotel at least a day prior to your trip. You’ll have a quick minute to grab a bite after the first chateau, sit-down lunch is scheduled into free time after the second chateau. At this point, you are at least five hours into the trip. Our guide was excellent. She was quite informative and showed us the highlights of three chateaus. The bus was clean and comfortable. Bottom line: I’d take my family again, ages: 54 (me and wife), and daughters 25, 18, and 18. Yes, twinning is winning!

The tour lasted more than twelve hours and was very tiring by the late afternoon. Aside from that, the castles lived up to their reputations. They were beautiful, both outside and in.
