Carl was an amazing tour guide throughout St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museums as well as the Sistine Chapel. He was very thorough and kind. He knows his stuff!! Would definitely recommend him to anyone going.

Carl was an exceptional guide of the entire Vatican/Sistine Chapel/St Peter’s tour. Loved the tour we had with Marco. He showed us all the main highlights of the tour and gave us time to take photos and ask questions. He also gave us very clear instructions on what to do with St. Peter’s Basilica and where to go depending on what we wanted to do after we finished viewing the Basilica at our leisure. Would definitely book this tour again if we ever come back to Rome.

Carl was an immensely knowledgeable and passionate tour guide, he paced the information perfectly and interlaced historical and comical anecdotes along the way that kept information overload at bay. He loved receiving questions and answered them with well rounded and detailed knowledge. We absolutely lucked out, I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else guiding me through the Vatican Museum and St. Peter’s Basilica. He took any opportunity to show or give something extra that made it truly a one-of-a-kind experience!

- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Unforeseen events= The Vatican is its own country and therefore the Pope can decide also last minute to close St. Peter’s Basilica for ad hoc events. It is a very rare event during the year but it is possibile and we will do our best to inform you. If it is too late to inform you, our guide will extend the tour in the Vatican. Not to worry that the incredibile collection of Vatican Museums and the masterpiece of Michelagelo in the Sistine Chapel will still be included.
