Ultimate AS Roma VIP: Match Day, Gourmet Dining & Bar

Traveled to Rome with my family and as a diehard AS Roma fan I knew I had to make it to the Roma vs. Hellas Verona game. After I looked at tickets on the AS Roma website I came across VIP Tickets via Liv Tours. While at first I was skeptical this was too good to be true, I can confirm after experiencing this that YES INDEED this is too good to be true. This included a private large van ride from my hotel to the Stadio Olympico and back. When the van dropped us off we were greeted by Angelo who was our guide for the evening. He guided us through ticketing and let us browse the souvenier stand outside before guiding us to the VIP Club where he was happy to take our picture overlooking the field and then left us to enjoy on our own (but was available if we needed anything during the match) The VIP Club had unlimited food and beverages. The food was better than expected and at half time they brought out desserts. This food is so much better than anything you would get at the concession stands which makes this experience so worth it. I also highly recommend enjoying the unlimited Aperol Spritz's. Unfortunately all food and beverage must be enjoyed in the club and you cannot bring your spritz to your seats which are a short walk away. The match was amazing and at the conclusion Angelo met up with us at our seats and walked with us out the stadium to our van which was waiting to take us back to our hotel. The van home is such a benefit as the last time I went to a Roma game I waited 45 minutes for a Taxi! Angelo was an amazing guide throughout the evening, gave us our space to enjoy but always made sure we felt safe and fully enjoyed this experience. He also was very knowledgeable providing interesting facts about the stadium and its surroundings and was a great conversation when it came to discussing how we felt about the current AS Roma squad and gave us his thoughts for the team's future. Overall if you want to enjoy an AS Roma game like a VIP this is the best experience you can ever have and it is worth every penny. I can't wait to do this again soon! We were in Rome for 4 days and did 3 tours with Liv Tours (AS Roma, the Colosseum and Forum and St. Peter's Basillica). All 3 tours were amazing and we would highly recommend Liv Tours. The tour guides were all extremely knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about the subject of their tour. They were also easy to locate and took great care in adapting the tour to our specific needs.

It’s been over a week at this point and it’s still hard to describe what an experience it was to see the derby finally in person. But i’ll try to. From the logistics to everything else, it was a perfect experience, it doesn’t get smoother than this. A pickup from the hotel, straight to the gates, where we met the amazing guides, Angelo and Kristin, who helped us through the checkpoints with ease, while giving information about the stadium surroundings, history of the buildings and As Roma. After arriving at the lounge and receiving the scarves, there was time to enjoy the food and the atmosphere, before heading to the seats, which were excellent as well, best seats in the house in my opinion. Great view of the pitch but also close to the Curva Sud. After the game, due to the increased security it was a bit longer walk back to the car, but even that was just a great experience in itself. Got to feel that after derby atmosphere on the streets with the guides while walking back to the car. For me, it’s not even a question if am going again, it’s just a matter of when. It can be difficult and overwhelming sometimes, when you go to a game abroad with 70 thousand others and maybe you want to truly get to just enjoy the experience without having to worry about the logistics. That was my thinking as well and if you are thinking about the same thing, this is your answer. I expected a lot, but somehow even those great expectations I had, got blown out by how amazing the experience really was. There was nothing to complain about and listing everything cool about this experience, from the logistics, the seats, the lounge and of course, the result of the game, would take me all day. I think it’s all best put in short to what I told Angelo before jumping in the car to head back to our hotel, I don’t think giving 5/5 is enough, I need to give at least 11/5 to truly appreciate how grateful and happy I was. So to anyone considering booking a tour overall but especially this As Roma one, absolutely do it, you won’t regret it. And to our guides Angelo and Kristin, thank you once more for making the experience extra special. Hope to see you guys again at the stadium in the future!

Angelo was great. He gave a great historical background on the surrounding area. The experience of a lifetime. VIP area was great with Aperol and wine drinks along with pasta and many other foods. The seats were also perfect for viewing the entire game. Great experience and would definitely do it again!

From the driver picking us up at our hotel, to meeting Angelo with “swag” and being escorted into the exclusive VIP area…truly an experience to remember. The food, beverages, and seats can’t be beat. The best way to see a game with the best tour guide and company -Livtours! Thank you for a once in a lifetime experience.

This is a must do for any sports fan!! I can only liken it to going to a Super Bowl even if you never watch the football game in your life. It is an event but I thought it would be to difficult and confusing to attend. We were picked up at our hotel, dropped off with a guide, escorted through security , escorted through the ticketing, escorted to the hospitality, suite, and escorted to our seats. The food was nice and open bar nicer.😉 After the game we were escorted out the exit, walked to the driver, and dropped off in front of our hotel. I can’t stress enough how easy this was to what would’ve been a daunting experience. Trying to buy tickets, go through security, and find our seats in a strange country and in a strange stadium, not to mention that most Americans do not understand the etiquette behind soccer. I am so thankful for this wonderful experience! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves without the hassles and stress of trying to do it ourselves. Plus Angelo, the owner answered our questions promptly such as do we need our passports or clear bags.

Tour was perfect from start to finish. We were picked up from our hotel by a comfortable private car and driven to the stadium where we met our hosts, David and Denis. After a visit to the AS Roma shop to chose our complimentary scarves we were taken to the hospitality suite where we were served great wine and great food. Our match seats were comfortable and provided an uninterrupted central view of the pitch. I’d recommend you see a “big” match as the atmosphere and noise was amazing. At half time it was back to the hospitality suite for a snack and a drink. Our hosts were charming, knowledgeable and really good company. I can’t fault them. At the end of the match they accompanied us to our driver who took us back to the hotel. This is our second Roma match with LivTours and we will be going again on our next visit to Rome.

The whole experience was perfect from start to finish. We had comfortable seats which were central with a great uninterrupted view of the pitch. Our hosts were charming, knowledgeable and good company. At the end of the match we were escorted to our private car and taken back to our hotel. I’d strongly recommend going to a “big” game as the noise and atmosphere were amazing. Thanks to David and Denise for making this such a great trip.

Excellent AS Roma hospitality experience with Livitaly. My wife and I were collected from our city centre hotel in a quality Mercedes people carrier and transported to the Stadio Olimpico. Angelo met us by the stadium with our As Roma scarves and we walked the short walk to through security to the hospitality suite, all very seamless. Angelo gave us a brief history of the stadium, the seats are located in a really good part of the ground, in between the half way line and main home fans end. The hospitality food and drinks were really good, a mixture of hot and cold food, really nice. The drinks were good too, beer wine and soft drinks as well as coffee. Great atmosphere throughout the match despite AS Roma losing. There was no hospitality after the match as the lounge closes after half time. Angelo met us after the match and walked us to our waiting chauffeur who drove us back to our hotel in the comfort of a BMW car. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone wishing to experience AS Roma hospitality, Livitaly were 10/10 from the moment I booked until being dropped off back at our hotel.

Couldn’t recommend this enough. Amazing seats and hospitality food and drinks. Angelo was incredible and made the experience easy and smooth for us. The driver was lovely. All round an excellent day. Thank you so much for a once in a lifetime experience!!
