Santana was excellent. So knowledgeable. Saved us money telling us what to do and where to go. We had a great time. Highly recommend

Whenever we visit a new city, we always get the hop on hop off bus. Great value for money, great commentary, great way to see the city before deciding where and when to get off. Cannot fault the service. Thanks

Easy way to get around and tour a bustling town like NY. Once on bus, catch a good seat and catch photos of NY skylines, Times Square, and everything about NY. NY is such a beautiful city. Highly recommend the Intrepid museum, so much to see. Get off at Lafayette stop and head to Chinatown for some dimsum and shopping for NY gifts. If short on time, this is a good way to get around.

Got the bus to avoid taxis. However twice we had to get off without expected. I don’t know if it happens each time. But we had to get off the red line at stop 1 twice. And the blue line at stop 19 once. As a result we weren’t able to use it as much as planned.

Wish I’d read the reviews before doing this. Planned my day around it making sure was at the stop for the first bus, which was on time. Got on at an unstaffed stop near Rockefeller building for blue (uptown) loop, expecting to be able to buy a ticket on board. The driver’s English wasn’t very easy to understand and, my mistake, to just assume that everything would work out when I couldn’t buy a ticket off her, it seemed. Tried to get off at a stop near Central Park and driver was very aggressive. I had tried to buy a ticket online but no option to buy just the blue loop - come on Big Bus - seriously?!! Had to stay on for another 2 stops in order to pay for ticket with staff at that stop. I appreciate I needed to pay but the options that were advertised on their website (ie, pay on the bus) just weren’t available. Agree with what the others said about audio tour - not synchronised with where you are, and repeats itself. Found myself checking my own map to try and match things up. Only did half the loop in the end as the experience left such a bad taste in my mouth that I couldn’t bear to get back on. I’ve done other hop on hop off tours and this is definitely at the bottom of the pile. Waste of money.

We had such a great experience on the New York City tour bus! Everything was well organized and enjoyable, but the real highlight of our day was Michelle - an amazing controller — so professional, kind, and full of positive energy. Michelle made everyone on the bus feel welcome and taken care of. Honestly, there’s no one better than Michele — truly made our day unforgettable!

We did a 72 hour pass and it provided a great overview of Manhattan as well as transportation to many of the places we wanted to go. It also came with a 3 hour guided tour to the DUMBO area of Brooklyn which we fortunately took advantage of (our guide Ric was terrific and the views of the Manhattan skyline across the river stunning). Highly recommend!

Too expensive for what they deliver. Had to wait for 4 buses to pass at WTC (stop 10) before there was room to get on. Pre-recorded narration is poor. Sound quality is terrible. Not worth it.
