Lady Liberty up close was very inspirational! The museum video wall was amazing. Too bad for us the weather was terrible

My wife and I enjoyed our Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island tour tremendously! Our tour guide, Stalina, was absolutely awesome! Our meeting point at Starbucks on the Battery plaza was easy to find and convenient from the subway. After security, Stelina told us where we could get the best views of the Statue of Liberty from the ferry. She kept the group together very well and her English was very good. She also knows Spanish, Portugese and Italian and seemed to communicate well with an Italian group on our tour. It was apparent that she loves history and is a fan of the Statue of Liberty. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and good nature were outstanding and added so much to our tour experience. It was remarkable how Stelina knew many ferry and park employees. She has obviously done these tours a lot. My wife and I were not prepared for our stop at Ellis Island. Before you go, be sure to be familiar enough with your family tree that you can research your ancestors' arrivals into the US. I highly recommend Amigo tours, I think you will like them too!

We joined a half-day tour with Dani V to Statue of Liberty and can’t ask for a better experience! Dani was personable, kind, and knowledgeable. He is also very thoughtful, and brought props to make our photo-taking experience even better. I’ll strongly recommend Dani and Amigo Tour!

Diego was smart, thoughtful, efficient and extremely helpful in getting our group to our different locations. Once we checked in with him we didn’t need to worry about anything but enjoying the views and history. It would be wise to let people know in your description that the tour does not include getting up on the pedestal or the crown.

Really enjoyed the tour. I didn’t need a tour guide. I just wanted to walk the space and take my time. The Weather was beautiful, great breeze and plenty to do. I highly recommend the audio tour. Just make sure to have your headphones and phone charged!

Great tour, highly recommend Stalina as your tour guide! She was knowledgeable and friendly. We've had a lot of tour guides over the years. She was the first one to share an amazing personal story of immigration at Ellis Island which made the visit all that much more memorable!

Areas were closed due to renovations. Also, we missed the part about upgrading to a golden ticket so we could go up in the pedestal of statue. The Boat ride was nice.

Our tour with Stalina Huarcaya was excellent and her sharing her added so much to our tour. If you go on this tour see if you can get Stalina.

- Due to the security check to go on board the ferry every client has to wait a line. This line can take until 2 hours depending on the affluence. We recommend taking a hat and suncream on summer and you can also use this time to make turns and use the toilette
