Le Bateau-Mouche Sightseeing Cruise in Montreal

It was ok. Too loud. Not enough history. Thank goodness the weather was good. Next time I would have taken a smaller boat tour.

Boring. Little to see beyond industrial areas. The ticket price was too high for the trip. Also, the guide was very difficult to hear.

Was a good cruise. The young man who did the narration was lively and interesting. Boat served drinks and snacks. Would defiantly do again if in the area

This trip is great if you are only looking for a beautiful boat and excellent staff. But if you really want sightseeing, it was disappointing to only go to the end of an island and back, with the extremely slow speed of the boat the only reason it takes an hour.

Terrific experience & a wonderful tour guide. Sat in the open air cafe and had an espresso as we toured the harbor. Terrific experience!!

The view of Montreal skyline from the river is pretty poor. I've visited more than 30 cities around the world and taken a harbor/ waterfront cruise and this was the worst. The service is poor/slow and the host commentary is very difficult to understand as he's constantly switching between English and French with heavy accent. The view of the city from the river is just not that interesting relative to a lot of other cities with waterfront. There is an upscale version of this cruise with a coursed dinner which gets better reviews, which does not represent the basic tour quality. At least the aircon was working. I would not recommend this activity. If you have good experiences from other waterfront cruises I think you'll be disappointed.

A great! Commentator throughout. Friendly and clear. Relaxed and pleasant water ride around the waterfront of Montreal. Comfortable seats and a waitress so you could have drinks and snacks brought to you. Couldn't have asked for anything else. Way better than most I have sone in the past.

As far as information and scenery, this ride is underwhelming, particularly for the amount charged. There was minimal explanation about what we saw, and the area we saw the most of was the seaport, which is rather industrial. On the other hand, if you want to have a drink and snacks on a boat cruise, this was OK. I would not recommend this if you expect to see awesome views or get a good historical background of the city.
