WOW!! What a way to see Sydney. Paid the extra for a private flight and we are so glad we did, worth every penny. The pilot was brilliant.

This was absolutely fantastic. We booked a private flight for 2 and was worth every penny . The staff were professional and polite. The pilot knowledgeable. Definitely recommend

An amazing experience and a must do if you’re visiting Sydney! Firstly the price is great. I paid $250 for the 20 minute Sydney Harbour flight. The heli-tour provides a free bus pickup and drop off service from multiple locations. The bus is conveniently located infront of pickup hotel which is very easy to find. Our driver was Lincoln, who was very friendly and professional welcoming you and engaging in conversation throughout the journey. (Make sure you are there 15 mins prior to pickup time) The location itself is great. There is coffee, tea and water provided in a comfortable waiting area. Toilets are also on site. All staff are very friendly. No need for passport. Just a quick weigh in the scales when you are there. If you have bags you can store them safely. Our flight left exactly on time. We were a group of 6, with 5 of us in the main seating area and one up the front with the pilot. The helicopter itself was very modern, clean, safe and comfortable. The flight itself is incredible. You will fly for 20 minutes and see everything Sydney has to offer, from the cricket stadium, to downtown, the famous landmarks of the Harbour bridge and opera house, before making your way along the coast, past all the beaches. Throughout the flight you can take pictures and videos at your leisure. After the flight, there is an opportunity to take photos infront of the helicopter. We were then dropped back to circular quay, which is perfect if you want to continue seeing Sydney. Overall an amazing experience which I highly recommend! I look forward to booking other heli-tours with this company:

Really good experience, however I don’t think the back middle seat should be used. Being in the middle with restricted views really detracts from the experience. When you’re spending $250 per person, you want your monies worth.

A very friendly and well organised company. Very clear safety instructions and attention to detail. Obviously a company who rates safety as a priority. Perfect weather to see the sights of Sydney, with commentary from our pilot. We saw the Harbour Bridge, the Opera House, Bondi Beach and whales & seals. A fantastic experience for our whole family.

Just taken a 20 minute flight over Sydney. It was well worth the cost and a great way to see Sydney. The views were great. A fantastic experience.

- Individual passengers in excess of 100kg can't be confirmed on shared flights due to aircraft limitations and operating capacities.
- We operate Robinson helicopters that have a maximum seat limitation of 135kg (297lbs), passengers in excess of this weight will be required to fly in our larger helicopter and may incur additional cost subject to the number of passengers travelling.
- All passengers will be weighed upon check in. Bookings for two where the combined total is 180kg or more in total must book a private flight. Bookings for four guests are more than 360kg may also need to upgrade to a larger helicopter (additional costs and payable direct to the supplier) .
- All flights are sold on a shared basis where up to 6 passengers may be travelling on the helicopter. Single passenger bookings are welcome however all flights require a minimum number of passengers to depart.
- If you have an infant (a passenger under 2 years), you will be required to book a private flight for additional cost.
- Helicopters are collapsible wheelchair accessible, however the pilot is unable to assist passengers with boarding and disembarking due to occupational, health and safety regulations.
- Our bus transfers are a complimentary service, pickup is available from two different hotels ONLY where guests will be transferred back to Circular Quay after the flight.
- You will receive confirmation of your flight time and scheduled pickup time from a City hotel (if required) via email.
- If you do not require transfer or are staying in an area outside the City you can make your own way to our base, check-in is 30 minutes prior to the confirmed departure time.
- Please ensure that we have a phone number (including country code if applicable) for when you are in Sydney in case, we need to get in contact with you on the day of the flight.

• Time booked is flight time and not the transfer pick up time • If you have requested or require a courtesy transfer from a city hotel, please ensure that you make contact with Sydney HeliTours and provide at least 48hrs notice, as it is subject to availability and arranged from designated city hotels only. • This tour is available to passengers in a wheelchair. Please advise indicate level of assistance required in the Special Requirements box at time of booking. • All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions, weight restrictions and other operational issues. • We operate a fleet of helicopters that have different operating parameters, passengers who are in excess of 135kg can't travel in the R44 and groups of 4 passengers who are in excess of 360kg in combined weight may have to upgrade to a larger helicopter for additional cost. • Accurate individual passenger weights MUST be provided at the time of booking. Failure to provide accurate weights may result in the passenger(s) being unable to fly or further costs to the passenger(s) to proceed with the planned flight or aircraft upgrade. This is all based on safety and will never be compromised.
