We booked for our first full day in Paris. It was a great way to orient yourselves and learn some history before striking out on our own. The buses run on convenient intervals. The narration in multiple languages provides you with history and fun facts along the way. This is the third international city that I’ve started this way.

Drivers were very friendly. However, we had to wait a long time in the pouring rain for buses and then there were no seats for several stops. The stop listed as being at the Louvre is no where near there and had to walk for blocks in the pouring rain past competitor buses.

Excellent, frequent service. Easy to use and the commentary was excellent. It brought you to all the popular spots. Well worth the money.

We opted for the 24hr ticket for just the bus which was easy to book and manage through the app. Route takes you past the major sights and the commentary was really interesting. App on the whole was great as you could track the buses and see how far away they were. Only hiccup we had is the Paris Half Marathon was on and there was a bus diversion but the app didn't advise of this and no one could tell you where the temporary stop was which got a little confusing!

The hop-on hop-off bus was a very convenient way to see the main sights of Paris without worrying about transportation. The views were great and the audio guide made the tour interesting and informative.

Great excursion. I did arrive via Eurostar which I believed they picked up from. Which they did not. They need to remove the signs and Google maps locations for the pickup area. As well I wish they operated a little longer or offered a night tour. Also I wasn't able to do the river cruise but that wasn't their fault since the water level was to high for the boats to pass under the bridge.

This was a great ride when the bus ran timely. We waited at the stop near The Louvre for more than 30 minutes and finally called an Uber. Everyone a bus came close it would suddenly disappear from the app! Disappointing considering the cost.

You can activate your ticket in one of two ways: 1. Download the Big Bus app and use your Tour Operator Confirmation Number on this voucher to add your booking and activate your ticket when you are ready to travel. 2. Visit our Big Bus Information Centre. Address: 11 Avenue de l’Opéra, 75001 Paris, or a Big Bus team member at any stop on the route and present your printed or mobile voucher. River Cruise Information (If Included in Your Ticket) Important: You must book a river cruise date before boarding your River Cruise. There are two ways to do this: 1. In the Big Bus app: Once you have added your booking, you will be able access your river cruise ticket to choose a date under ‘Complete Actions’. 2. Online: Visit the Big Bus Paris website and go to the “Manage My Booking”. Enter your Tour Operator Confirmation Number and Last Name and choose a departure date. 3. In person: Present your voucher to a staff member at any Big Bus stop. Our staff will provide you with a river cruise ticket. Cruise Departure Location: At the base of the Eiffel Tower – Boarding Pier 3, near Big Bus Stop #8. Departure Times: Every 45 minutes from 10:30am to 9:00pm. On weekends: Every 30 minutes. Arc de Triomphe (If Included in Your Ticket) You do not need to prebook a date or timeslot, however you will need a ticket to enter. You can access this ticket in three ways. 1.
