Florence: Authentic Tuscan Pizza & Gelato Farmhouse Feast

We are a family with teenagers visiting Italy. We all enjoyed it so much from the views and the location to the quality of the food we made. The whole day was entertaining and educational and we thank Davide Erica and Naomi for a wonderful day that we all enjoyed. We plan when we return to Australia to made Pasta and Gelato.

Excellent and much, much better than expected. Great venue in the hills but just a short ride from the city. Davide and team were fantastic. Extremely slick, well organised, informative, fun and you get to eat what you make! Recommended.

Plan to have a blast! Pick up spot is a bit chaotic so plan to arrive 15 min early. All anticipated needs are covered— everyone treats you like family and like royalty! You will leave feeling like you enjoyed a unique and fun filled learning opportunity AND YOU HAVE! You can’t capture enough raw and unscripted hilarious moments cuz your hands are covered in pizza dough or gelato- but the memory of it will be imprinted forever. Their playlist is hilarious- Their “baby” is lovingly cared for. The instruction makes you want to go open your own pizza shop- and gelato shop once you get home. Their staff are all friendly warm and welcoming. And if we loved them we were supposed to mention them by names- but if we didn’t love them we were supposed to call them Luigi and Berto an Giuseppe— and we can’t even remember their real Names (except for Chris) cuz we were laughing so hard at all The fake names!

We had an incredible experience with this cooking class! ✨ It was a birthday gift for my partner, and it turned out even better than we expected. It wasn’t just a cooking lesson and wine tasting — it was a whole show! 🍕🍷 Ado, Arla and Lodovik were funny, energetic, and made everyone feel welcome. We learned a lot, had so much fun, and the atmosphere was amazing from beginning to end. 😊 We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Florence — truly unforgettable! 🌟

We had an amazing experience with Max, Tiziano, and Lodovik during our pizza and gelato class! From start to finish, everything was exceptional. We were picked up from the train station, followed by an easy bus ride to the villa with absolutely incredible views. Max was a pleasure to learn from and explained the gelato-making process in great detail. Tiziano and Lodovik were hilarious and made the pizza portion of the class so much fun. If you’re looking for the best class in Florence and an unforgettable time, this is it. It was the highlight of our trip and something my fiancée and I will always remember!

Our pizza and gelato making experience was incredible! Lodovik, Georia, and Tiziano were absolutely amazing! Funny, engaging, and so great with the kids. They kept everyone involved and entertained, and it ended up being one of the best tours we did all week. The food was fantastic, and the whole experience was perfect for families. Highly recommend!

The food and instruction was fun and fabulous. They kept the class moving from station to station. We left with some great techniques and wonderful recipes. The staff was first-rate.

This was hands down the best experience my children had in our entire vacation. I became very ill and my 18 yr old ended up taking his siblings while I went to the ER. Gloria took such great care of them and messaged me photos and made sure to let me know when they were driving back to town so we could meet back up with them. My kids all said that everyone was incredibly kind to them and how they loved the entire experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking with them! Thank you again so much Gloria, Max and Livio! My kids can’t wait to replicate the pasta dishes they learned💕

One of the best experiences (and we've done several in many countries) we've had. From the location to the food to what we did as a group, and most of all, the hosts (Luca, Erica, and Max), amazing! This will be one of the memories you'll carry forever. The "extra" (I won't spoil the cold surprise) part of the gelato-making session was very unique! Oh, don't eat much before going, so much yummy food is created. Totally recommended.
