Ayel, our guide, and our driver were great. Ayel was extremely knowledgeable about all the sites and provided a lot of detail to increase our understanding. For me, Yad Vashem was the highlight--powerful and emotionally moving! The walking tour through Old City was too heavily focused on "In Jesus's steps" than what I expected. We walked all the stations of the cross, was in the Church of the Holy sSepulchre and many locations of Christian disciples and figures were discussed. We walked thru the moslem quarter, and Armenian quarter was not open to visitors. The Jewish quarter was a brief visit at the Western Wall. I liked learning about the different gates to the city, and I did like Mount of Olives, and the view from there. Ayel effortlessly switched between English and Spanish, and offered advice, or rather warnings, about the street vendors. The itinerary was planned by the tour company, and Ayel took us to where he was directed.

First and most important for me is on time. Our tour leader - Mr Itamar Buk - was on time to pick us up at the Dan Tel Aviv Hotel. We are a group of many nationalities. Second - this happened on the Purim weekend festival and we had a chance to have a local Israeli wine tasting during the first stop - over looking the magnificent Old City, Mount Olives. Explanations provided was excellent- and no rush. Jerusalem- Old City Tour - is really once in a lifetime experience. I am Christian coming from the most largest Muslim country in the world. All the while- I thought- only Jews were living in Jerusalem. I am totally wrong. 75% of population are Muslim and to my even surprise- the Church of All Nations - which is basically located in Golgota - where Jesus final destination where he was nailed and crucified, hang and buried and later risen - the entrance keys of the church were hold by 2 Muslim families. Simply amazing. Lots of walk - lots of information provided. Thank you Itamar

Our director, Tomer, went out of his way to make our experience great. He has wonderful energy, and was extremely accommodating and kind like all the Israeli’s I’ve experienced. I was skeptical before the tour because I had booked one earlier in the week where they forgot to pick me up and that I was never contacted by the tourdirector to apologize or even explain:( I would recommend this tour but I will say we needed more time at the museum. Bring water, and cash if you want souvenirs and of course, for tipping!

I will begin with our guide - Itamar Buk. He must be a top 10 guide for this company. His knowledge and professional demeanor was outstanding. As a Catholic I was very impressed with his knowledge of the three religions of the old city of Jerusalem. I hope he will be promoted to be a supervisor for your company and train the other guides your company is using. He deserves the highest pay raise that can be given for is level of knowledge and most importantly for his conduct as a highly professional guide who enjoys the work that he does for your company. I will recommend him to all my friends and I will request him on my next trip. Congratulations to your company for having a top rated tour guide. Ishmael Castillo United States Citizen

A great tour and experience. Our tour guide was both friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Pick up in Tel Aviv, informative ride to Jerusalem, and a personalized walk through and around the old city. The best way to see the city if you only have one day.
