Haneda Airport VIP: Exclusive Private Tokyo Transfers (HND)

Started off on an issue with pick up and drop off confusion. Booking supervisor fixed the correct final destination. Excellent driver and superb high quality mini van. I wish I could own such a vehicle like this in the USA

We had a difficult time locating the driver, he did not come into the airport terminal holding up a sign. We contacted him by phone after trying and working with the airport information people. We finally reached him at around 2:45 pm. It was very frustrating because he did not come into the airport and even though we tried to find him outside, his vehicle had no signage so we could not identify him. In other words because there was no good way to locate the driver we spent and long period of time trying to fine him. Lastly, this is the third time that we have had a bad experience with airport pickup when scheduling with Viator, the process with your vendor and you client needs a great deal of improvement.

Great option for families needing transportation from Narita to Tokyo with various pieces of luggage/backpacks so you don’t need to wheel /carry them down escalators and then try to maneuver them on trains. The driver was prompt and courteous and the van was comfortable and clean.

We highly recommend this company. Our driver showed up very early and got us to the airport promptly.

Initially hesitant after reading some reviews, but turned out to be a smooth arrangement. Driver contacted me on whatsapp in the morning before my pick up time at 5am and everything is smooth and in order. Car is clean and fresh and ample space for 3 of us and 2 large luggages. Areas for improvement - would be good to share the driver car details earlier and the whatsapp number given for emergency needs to be updated. The other two numbers work but the whatsapp number does not

On time performance. Friendly driver. Spacious basic van. Communication skills were limited due to lack of English language knowledge. WhatsApp messages were sent in English by using a translator app.

Our driver communicated well and was punctual. The van was large and comfortable and he got us to the airport quickly.

Driver texted us the night before and the day of so we knew everything was set. The driver arrived early but was amenable to waiting until we were ready because we didn’t want to leave that early. The mini van was luxurious and as clean as if brand new. We used the same service to go to the hotel from the airport when we arrived in Tokyo. Highly recommend if you don’t want to deal with luggage on train/subway). Narita Airport is an hour or so from central Tokyo and taxi is more expensive than the private car.

Driver kept in touch before arriving to let me know when and where he would be. Arrived on time. Smooth ride to Narita airport.
