No sign at airport, no drinking water in vehicle, no assistance with luggage. Knowledgeable, safe, and friendly tour guide, just not as warm as I would have liked. Perhaps it's standard for Japanese culture, just not what I am used to for the very high cost of this tour. Asked several times to do sushi and still suggested ramen, finally went to sushi place. Expected more from tour.

This was the best layover tour my family has ever had! Tony was awesome! We have a 8 and 4 year old so we opted for the the private car. (His BMW is NICE!) It was a better choice do to the fact we where coming back for our vacation and were tired. Tony took every consideration for us and made the tour easy. We felt like true VIPs. We just sat back and relaxed. When we got out to see the sights, Tony was right there to show and tell us about anything. It was really like having a good friend show you around his home town. We are absolutely looking for to coming back and doing another tour with Travel Assist Japan. 100% worth it!

Combined tour with a transfer between airports. Worked out fabulously! Got a quick overview tour of Tokyo, had a great meal, and a smooth, quality transfer between airports. Exactly what we wanted!

We had 12 hours to kill with a layover in Narita Airport going from Hanoi, Vietnam to Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. Instead of sitting at the airport we decided to hire Tony Ina to find us a guide during the cherry blossoms in Tokyo, Japan. Most reviews said you can’t do it but we did. It was easy when you have a local guide like in Fumi from Travel Assist, LLC. She was patient and waited as we cleared immigration and customs and got us on the train in no time. Fumi’s english was wonderful and she was very delightful to visit with. She made the experience come alive. We got in and out with time to spare. You will not have a concern in hiring Tony’s group.

We tool the Essentials of Tokyo Tour with Nobu. We covered an amazing amount of territory in one day - all by public transportation. We visited Asakusa, Chidorigafuchi (with the cherry blossoms in full bloom!),the Meiji Shrine, Sensoji Temple, Shibuya Crossing, Tsukiji Fish Market and the Tsukiji Honganji Temple. We also stopped for a terrific lunch in a small local restaurant in the Fish Market. Nobu was very knowledge and accommodating. This was our fist day in Tokyo and gave us a great overview for the rest of our trip. This tour is highly recommended
