Unforgettable Tetebatu: Rice Terraces, Waterfall & Monkey Trek

Great tour experiencing the great nature of Lombok with outstanding rice fields, 2 waterfalls all kind of fruit trees and farming villages. Shout out to our local driver Jamal and walking tour guide Ari. Both very helpful and informative. One advice to other visitors- for the water falls bring wet-shoes as you will need to walk on slippery rocks and pebbles .

Amazing experience of the beautiful Tetebatu (way better and more authentic than Ubud!) Our driver Kiki was so kind and explaining everything on the way to Tetebatu. There Jalal and Umar welcomed us for the walking tour. They showed us the local coffee proces, coconut oiling proces, walked us through the fields, to the waterfalls and the monkey forest. They explained everything very well and answered all our questions. I would advise wearing sandals and walking shoes that are allowed to get muddy! Its quite some hike, we did it the day after the Rinjani which was a bit challenging but they helped us throughout the hike! Also the food for the lunch stop was delicious.

Picked up at accomodation on time by Kiki who informed us of how the day would go & informed us about meny local landmarks & sites en route & on return, a joy to have as a driver. At our destination we were met by Eddie who turned out to be an excellent guide with great local knowledge of everything we visited & saw on the walk. We saw lots of black monkeys as they were all lounging in the trees. Lovely lunch is included.

Eddy and Kiki were so fantastic! We had such a lovely time all thanks to them! The guide and driver are so attentive and caring; they genuinely want to make sure you have a great time... And we did! I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to explore the area and immerse yourself more in the local culture with actual local guides that are so lovely! 10/10 would go again. Thanks Kiki and Eddy, you guys are AWESOME!

It was an extremely special trip. We saw rice terraces, waterfalls, and black monkeys. Thanks driver Jamil and guide Jony. They were both very professional and responsible, leaving us with wonderful memories of Lombok.
