Breathtaking Mistico Park Sky Walk: Hanging Bridges Tour

Gabriel the guide of guides!! This was a wonderful experience and the knowledge of this guide is immense. I can compare him to guides that one would travel with that would cost 10 times as much to experience Gabriel's knowledge. From the various animals and explanations that were detailed and very scientific, yet put at layman's terms to make even anyone feel knowledgeable when they left the hanging Bridges Forest. We saw snakes, monkeys, birds, lizards, insects. The deep knowledge and explanation on how the plants and the trees operate within the forest was immense with Gabriel one would consider themselves blessed to have a tour from such a knowledgeable guide as him. My critique is often heavy-handed. In this case I found nothing but enjoyment and immense knowledge.

We had such an amazing experience thanks to our amazing guide Edgar. He made the visit so much more special. He was so passionate about the ethics behind the park and the animals and environment and his abundance of knowledge was so informative and impressive. He was also so amazing at spotting animals and answering all our questions, you can really tell how much he takes cares about what he does and he was so kind. I would say it’s really worth doing a guided tour as all the animals we saw, we would not have spotted if we did self guided tour. The walk was stunning and the hanging bridges were breathtaking (even for me who is very afraid of heights)

Donald our tour guide was the best! He was very experienced(27 years) and knowledgeable. The best part was he loves his job and it shows. He was most interested that everyone in our group saw as much wildlife as possible.

I could not recommend this tour more! We saw a sloth, howler monkeys, a viper and many more animals along the journey. Our guide (Edgar) was amazing, he was so friendly and charismatic with the whole group making sure everybody had enough time to see everything we stopped for, his eyesight was amazing as he spotted a lot of animals himself alongside the other guides recommendations, honestly could not have asked for a better experience! The place is amazing too and it was so good to hear about the conservation projects ongoing in the area and the history behind the park and the family that own it! It’s clear Edgar is passionate about what he does and it really reflects in the positive experience we had!

This is a beautiful park that is very well maintained. Our guide, Anderson, did an excellent job explaining about animal life. He was passionate and humorous.

We took a guided tour of mistico park and are so happy we did! Edgar is the best guide I have ever had- ask for him! He is extremely knowledgeable. He not only spotted lots of wildlife for us, he showed us how to use all our senses to detect their presence, like the smell of howler monkeys. We saw a sloth, a toucan, an eyelash viper snake and many others. He also educated us on the surrounding vegetation. This experience was unforgettable. We would not have seen any wildlife without Edgar.

This trip is way better with a guide, Carlos was incredibly informative and very easy to talk to. We were really grateful at how much wildlife he identified and showed us with his telescope that we would have otherwise missed.

Fantastic guide who spots animals you never would on your own. 🦥🦎 It was nice that the tour started at 7 a.m., because there were little to no people in the park. I would definitely recommend!

Fablion was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and clearly loves what he does. Prepare to walk for about 2 hours straight. If you’re afraid of heights, the bridges can be intimidating. Definitely recommend the guided tour because they bring binoculars and show you where to look! We saw a sloth, glass frog, and even a snake.

Edgar was an outstanding guide. He has a wonderful appreciation for and extensive knowledge for the plants and wildlife in the park. He was patient, showed us beautiful animals, advised us on dangerous plants and snakes, and took pictures for us that came out amazing. He was 5 stars in every way and the park is beautiful and well maintained. ¡Pura vida!
