Overall a great experience. The falls are world famous so nothing to add to other reviews. Our guide Ricardo was superb. He spoke excellent Spanish and English to our group and was always a step or two ahead of the tour activities. He got us in early so only one large tour group was ahead of us at Devil’s Throat trail but that was mitigated by taking our time getting on the trail. We also did the middle trail to see the majority of other falls. A quick snack before joining the jungle truck/ falls boat ride. The jungle truck, at its core, is a ride to get you from the falls complex to the boat launch. The bi-lingual truck company guide was good and informative, just don’t expect to see much wildlife on the ride (just one lizard seen between the two trips). The falls boat ride was a blast! They lend you a life vest and a large dry bag for your stuff which you keep with you the whole time. You will get very wet on this trip but we were nearly dry by the time we got back to the falls complex via return truck ride. Recommend taking this full tour. Truck was a little underwhelming but the Falls and boat make up for it big time.

Hotel pick up, purchase the Iguazu Falls National Park enterence ticket (not included ), walk to the Devil's Throat Falls, shuttle train ride, the upper circuit board to the Saint Martin Falls, walk to the lower circuit of the falls. 1 hr lunch around 1PM. Then to the jungle shuttle ride to the boat at 2 PM.

Definitely will recommend this tour. However the package of train, jungle truck and boat ride didn’t include the park entrance fee so had to stand in a line for half an hour to pay an additional $60 for two tickets. That delayed our entrance to begin the adventure. Everyone else in our tour had to wait. Would’ve liked more information about the park.

It was well organized, and Sandra kept good track of our time, so we were able to enjoy everything without rushing. I was a bit worried I would not be physically able for all of the walking but it's level and an absolute marvel that you can get so close to the falls safely. The boat ride was really great, very wet but worth it. The stairs back up from the boat ride were the biggest challenge but I made it and I'm nearly 80!

Absolutely loved this experience! The tour guide adapted the tour to our group's size and the park's busy-ness to avoid large crowds. He also made sure that everyone was following up and no one got left behind, gave the tour in two languages because we had some non-Spanish speakers, and he suggested the best spot to take the family photo. The adventure itself was full of thrills and wonderful views! This is definitely a not-miss in Iguazu and without a doubt would do it again and again!

We had an outstanding guide and the tour was very well organised. The profound disappointment was the overwhelming number of tourists which prevented us from getting anywhere near the Diabolo Falls.. The sheer numbers spoiled the experience to a degree. Recommend that visitors stay in the National Park accommodation and venture out to see this extraordinary place before the influx.

Loved everything about the experience. My friend and I were the only English speakers on the tour & the guides still took time to make sure we understood as well. It was a good day.

Sandra will forever be in my heart. She was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable, and she worked well with my tendency to wander off and return. The tour begins by taking the train to the Devil's Throat. It goes a little earlier but trust me that's a good thing. This spot is crowded, even early, so I can't imagine peak hours. It is misty, a waterproof coat or jacket is recommended. Then we walked the superior trail, which was beautiful and took a break for lunch. Please note, this entire place is wet. Which makes sense, but you don't really realize the extent until you're here. I bring this up because I did see some people slip and fall, wear good shoes and stay by a rail just in case. After lunch the group split up, half of us took a ride on a truck to the boat ride. The "Jungle Ride" is kind of more "this is the path we have to take to get to the boats" than an experience but the boat was amazing. You do take a stairway down to the boat though, a rather long one. Not difficult, but if you have limited mobility keep that in mind. The other half of the group did the inferior trail, which I personally did by myself the following day. I was lucky to be staying at a hotel that was within walking distance to the national park (Gran Melia Hotel) which I recommend. The proximity allowed me to return and do the trail I would've otherwise missed. In my opinion, the inferior trial is more beautiful than the superior, so make the time if you can. The boat ride shows you the same views, but you're absolutely soaked and trying to keep your phone safe. A great experience, it's nice to have a guide who handles all the minor details for you and she gave me advice on when to return, what else to see and so on. If you don't speak Spanish this is especially beneficial because our guide also acted as our translator My one negative is the driver, they didn't communicate with me and arrived nearly 30 minutes earlier than the time I was told to anticipate. He didn't call or text preemptively, he just had the hotel call my room. My hotel was near the middle of the park, the tour started at the entrance so the shuttle was needed.

Better than expected! Having read the reviews prepared us for the tour. Make sure to take your bathing suit and a towel because you’ll get drenched with fresh water from one of the falls! It was breathtaking and exhilarating! Most importantly I felt safe. There will be a lot of stairs but if I could do it, anyone can. I’m 60!
