KI Quad Bike Safari: Unforgettable Wild Island Adventure!

Nic was funny, entertaining and gave clear instructions to keep me safe on the quad bike.The tour was thrilling and loads of fun as we weaved through forest, fields of daisies and over rocky terrain. It was my favourite activity on KI.

It was a fun way to check out the wonderful Kangaroo Island bush and beaches. So much fun on the ATV's. Fox told some good stories about how local wildlife and the Yakka trees. Was awesome.

We had an amazing experience! It was just the two of us and our guide Nic. We had the morning tour and it was really beautiful. Nic also told us some interesting facts about the island, the trees,.. we got some very lovely pictures and we saw a koala! It was absolutely amazing!

Nic was excellent. He explained the machines in a way that allowed the new rider to succeed and feel confident but was not drawn out for the experienced riders. During the stops he provided interesting information about different plants, animals and landscape. He checked in often to ensure the ride was fun for all riders and verified the type of terrain we wanted to travel over.

Highly recommended! One of the best experiences that you must have if you plan to have a holiday in KI! Nic is very professional and very patient! And easy to communicate! He will guide you to explore the land and meet cute animals !

It was awesome experience even in a rainy day as they provided rain coat and pants. Nic was a wondferul tour buddy to teach and care the while trip. Got to see the wild koala for the first time and other aninals. It was the highloght of our 2 days kangaroo island trip.

We had an awesome time on the quad bike tour with our guide Fox. Fox shared lots of interesting local knowledge and gave us a super fun trip on the quads. Highly recommended!!

My most favourite activity, to celebrate my 60th, was the guided quad tour. 10 of us, from total novice to experienced riders, were fully equipped & practised. The terrain & scenery hugely varied. Bushfire ravaged areas & the regeneration provided a very stark contrast. Thank you to Nic who took the experienced riders further a field, as us novices were hampering their abilities. And a big shout out to Fox who made sure I wasn’t left behind because of my cautiousness & inexperience. Unfortunately, by the time I was feeling comfortable & more confident the tour had come to an end. Next time I’ll go longer & harder. Cheers Nic & Fox you made my day amazing!

Our quad tour with Nic was truly one of the best experiences we had on Kangaroo Island. The tour lasted around 110 minutes and took us through stunning landscapes, where we had the chance to see wild kangaroos and koalas in their natural habitat. Nic was an outstanding guide – incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate. He explained not only the history of the island but also the characteristics of the local plants and wildlife, making the whole experience educational as well as exciting. His explanations were clear, engaging, and full of fascinating details that really brought the island to life for us. What made the tour even more special was Nic’s warm personality. He made everyone feel comfortable, added a touch of humor, and created a fun and relaxed atmosphere throughout the ride. On top of that, he kindly took many photos of us during the experience, so we could fully enjoy the moment without worrying about capturing it ourselves. Exploring Kangaroo Island on quads while learning so much from such a dedicated guide was absolutely unforgettable. This was without a doubt the highlight of our trip, and we couldn’t recommend Nic and this tour highly enough. If you’re visiting Kangaroo Island, don’t miss this adventure – it’s the perfect combination of nature, fun, and knowledge, with a truly top-class guide!

The best ATV adventure with good mix of flat smooth section, long straight, winding really bumpy section and ascend and descend. Nic is an awesome guide, great knowledge of local vegetation. 330 years old Samson yucca and the gum, more powerful than TNT is very interesting, also how banksia survive the fire and accidentally controlled the koala population in KI. Stopped for koala, kangaroos, took plenty of photos. Also introduced us to local lunch spot and attractions at Vivonne Bay
