For the price of the entry ticket it didn’t seem very good value for money. Some of the slides were closed/shut down for refurbishment, so not everything was open. The children’s area was open, but the pool water was ice cold. So none of us including my child spent much time in there. The most fun was had in the splash area although to be honest I would call it the dribble zone. Only about half of the area was actually producing water so by early afternoon it was starting to dry out in the heat. It could also do with some upgrading. Was looking tired. There were some areas of the park that were modern and clean, reasonable food options, but for two adults and a 4 year old, it was an expensive few hours out.

Good value for money, daughter and husband spent a good 4 hours on the slides and had a great time. Yes it’s a bit dated but it looks like they are building a couple of new slides. Food wasn’t the beast two pizzas one was ok other than was cooked within an inch if it’s life and fries were cold, not worth the money but when are they in these types of places.

We went for it opening at 10am and it was dead. We got on everything straight away and to be honest there was 4 of us, all adults, and it was expensive for what you get if you don’t have kids and we got it all done in about 2 hours. The drinks and food seemed reasonably priced and the lockers too are like 7 euros for a large one which we all managed to share. The lifeguards weren’t very friendly and loved blowing on their whistles which seemed unnecessary and over the top which we didn’t enjoy, It didn’t have any two person rings or lazy river and so it was a bit of a let down but something to do for a few hours if you’re bored but we wouldn’t go back and the rides although less at Rancho Texas were much better!

Again I had read the reviews on this place and was prepared to be disappointed. But it was a brilliant day. No queues for anything. All rides were open. And exciting for me and my son who is autistic.. The water was at a perfect temperature. The food was nice. And there is plenty of choice. I thought it was a great day

We went out of season in September. No queues so that was a bonus! However the place is a bit outdated for the price we paid for a family of 4. A couple of lifeguard do like their whistle ( blowing it to tell is to move out of the way... We had just landed in the water and their was no one coming down!) give us a minute to sort of bikini out!! And they can be very rude. One told me " you don't go unless I tell u to go " after I inadvertently went up the stairs because I didn't see him ( as he was chatting to the photographer at the bottom of the slide) The changing room are old dark and the showers are cold a'd so is the jacuzzi!! However there was enough slides to keep us entertained for 4 hours but I found there was a lack of equipment and the organisation was awful. Some the places you need to get the rings were ridiculously ending up having to go up the stairs only to realise you need to get a ring on the other side of the park. We didn't buy any food as we had a good breakfast before we went to save some money. A bottle of water was €1.50 and a muffin was €2. I didn't find it to expensive. You can rent a locker for €5 which isn't expensive There is a lack of shade so prepare for that. I did notice it was disabled friendly with loads of pool with wheelchair accessibility the floors are run down and need resurfacing and very HOT. I didn't use the little kids section but there is plenty of slides for all ages Overall our visit was ok!

Absolutely Brillant Waterpark, went at the end of August 2025 in the week it wasnt too busy and queues could be easily avoided by just heading to a different slide and coming back later(we had 7min wait max) . We didnt want a sunbed but that was the only part that would of been difficult to get ahold of. Lockers available just inside which were between €5 - €10 euros depending on size and if you wanted to be able to charge your phone. It would then give you a pin number on your receipt. Machine asked for your phone number which could also be used with the lost your pin function. Enter your phone number and recieve a new receipt with pin. There was a machine to put your phone in one of those waterproof pouches (€7?) or you could bring your own to carry your phone around with you. Reasonably priced and recieved a discount for booking direct. Lunch meals including lasagne, bread and a drink were around €12 and chicken chips and a drink were €10. Bottled water was €1.50 for a 500ml bottle. The pools seemed to be different levels of salt water. With a couple of the pools such as the fishbowl type slide being particularly strong. The floor did get quite hot a times so would recommend pool shoes. The childrens pool looked absolutely brilliant with its own little waterslides and swimming area. There were in house photography which took some absolutely brilliant pictures at about €10 per picture if you choose to purchase, there was no pressure at all) I noticed a sign in the park that mentioned that you could take your aquapark receipt to the aquarium to recieve a small discount i believe it was around 15% off your visit.

We had x2 good days out here during our holiday. There were more than enough slides to keep us entertained and don't have ridges that break your back like some water parks! The ques for the slides were not too long. Plenty of sunbeds although as others have stated many are broken and need replacing. Whilst we were there we witnessed a woman in difficulty in the pool at the bottom of the kamakaze. The lifeguard very quickly recognised this and dove straight in the pool helping her out. We took our own snacks so can't comment on the food. The floors are very slippy so water shoes would be beneficial.

Honestly, we were so disappointed with this place. All the pools are cold, coffee is cold, food is so expensive, pizza is hard. The sunbeds are all dirty and many broken, some of the lifeguards are very rude. The staff like their whistles, shout at you if you go in the kids bit (the child is 5 and we were catching her at the bottom of a slide). The place is outdated, not much shade at all, some of the floor is so hot you burn your feet. There’s only one changing room for male and one for female for the whole aquapark, when we arrived the female was locked so we had to use the male which made us feel very uncomfortable. There are no toilet seats on some of the toilets, there is limited toilet paper and some of the doors dont lock. We were charged for the coach pick-up, which we didn’t expect as it was included in other excursions and they didn’t tell us. The jacuzzi was colder than the actual pools. Over all this was absolutely terrible. If you’re looking to go to an aquapark then definitely go to the one in Playa Blanca, 10x better, even Rancho Texas which is half zoo! One plus point is that the first aid was amazing when the 5yr old was bitten by a nasty bug. Don’t go to this place if your looking for a good day out.

An average waterpark for the price you pay, by the end of the day kids were bored with there not being any big or a better selection of slide, I suggest you take a picnic as the food isn’t the best we got a pizza which had a lay of water on top of it 🥴
