Glacier 3000: Peak Walk by Tissot & Epic Alpine Thrills
Price From $48.47 per person
Lowest Price Guarantee
Directly between Gstaad and Les Diablerets lies Glacier 3000, one of the most well-known and accessible glaciers in Switzerland. It’s only a 15-minute cable car ride up to 3'000 meters. Nowhere else can you get up to any Swiss glacier that fast. And this panoramic ride alone is in itself already an adventure, offering a view onto the beautiful Saanenland with the Arnensee and the gigantic alpine massif. On top the view opens up and guests can enjoy no less than 24 peaks over 4'000 meters, including Jungfrau, Matterhorn and Mont Blanc. The highlight is the only peak to peak suspension bridge in the world, the Peak Walk by Tissot.

We were unable to go due to this not being anywhere close to Zurich. A three hour drive to the meeting place needs to be said in the description of this tour.

Glazier 3000 summit, try to chose a clear day for viewing as it enhances the experience. Do it all if you can, give yourself around 3 hours to enjoy all you can do. The cable car to the summit is smooth (5 minutes). The Second cable car takes you to the suspension bridge area and is good (3 minutes). Do all you can it is exhilarating the 2 peak bridge walk is excellent , safe and easy to do. We had snow up there even though it was July! Beautiful picturesque experience. Wear reasonably warm clothing even in summer and gloves. Winter would be very very cold.

Glacier 3000 is a great all-day destination! We had so much fun. We went for all the advertised activities. The toboggan was a great experience for adults and kids alike. Each of us had 2 runs. The ski lifts were great for views and a moment of tranquility. The peak walk was thrilling. But we actually found ourselves spending the most time on the non-advertised activities of sliding plastic tray sledges off a short slope, and just playing with snow and making snowman and stuff with our kids. It was the best day in our Geneva + western Switzerland trip.

Took my son who wanted to visit the mountains, was a fabulous experience on the cable car and the bridge, breathtaking!! Only reason I mark it down is because we had booked the last slot on dog sledding but arrived 10 minutes late (even after racing to the area) as our bus had taken longer than expected., the lady was very rude and shouted at us for being late then refused to honour our booking.. it seemed she was more interested in new “walk up” paying customers.. really disgusting behaviour to be honest but I have to admit the small lap looked very underwhelming and I felt quite sorry for the dogs as they looked exhausted.. I would discourage anyone from giving her any money sadly.

Wow, where to start. Amazong views and great instructors. Coco and Richard were awesome and made our flights one to remember. Keeping us updated on weather conditions so we can go at the best time. Ensure the weather is clear before booking! 10/10 activity, would book again.

Walk was thrilling , but Easy peasy . It was the number of skiers that were there, skiing on the slopes, that astonished me more.

Really fun day when accessing as a pedestrian. Got im early and had the peak walk practically to ourselves, freezing cold at thst time but views eere great (much better than when we returned in afternoon). Did the full glacier walk which also had many excellent views. Sledding hill not overly intense but fun. Glad I did the dog sleds though at same time can say it’s a rip off (probably 2 minutes of ride time). Restaurant on 3rd floor was well organized and efficient given the Saturday lunch rush. I saw lots of reviews criticizing the quality of skiing but I must say there were plenty of Swiss patrons hitting the slopes

The cable car ride was nice but with everything closed at the top, it was definitely not worth the price of admission.

This is an amazing experience! It was beautiful and breathtaking. The service was straightforward and easy. It is weather dependent but worth the risk. Dress warm. Wonderful!
