Kuala Lumpur Unleashed: Private Twin Towers & Batu Caves

We found Jag to be friendly and he took us to the places we wanted to go. However I found communication was an issue. As it was a private tour and quite expensive, I would have expected to have been met in the cruise terminal, the usual thing on all our other private tours is to holdup a sign with our name. However he was waiting in the car park where there were dozens of other vehicles. We had no idea of the type of car or reg number so he would have been impossible for us to find. I eventually managed to get wifi and messaged him to come into the terminal. This all wasted time and wasn’t a good first impression. The rest of the tour was ok but it didn’t feel like a private tour, more like a taxi we had hired for the day. My experience of previous private tours is always that the driver/guide stays with you for the duration and provides a lot of information you wouldn’t normally get on a group tour.

This was an excellent tour but the best was our tour guide. He made our trip more easy. We was able to manager the tour base on time and interests.

Had a tour with Louis. He was amazing. He answered all our questions with context and details that led to more conversations. He made sure we did not miss any landmarks too. We were really quick with certain sight visits and that created extra time before our tower visit. Louis was very kind and planned the day accordingly. Great tour.

We had limited time in KL, so we wanted to see its main attractions in one day. I highly recommend this tour if you're in similar position. We had Sathia as our guide and she was an fantastic. She was on time when she picked us up from our hotel and, she was also very knowledgeable and great fun.

Ayyanar, our guide, was amazing. From driving us around to taking great photos and explaining the cultural significance of every place we visited, he made the experience truly special. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this tour!

Jacob was brilliant from start to finish over the 8hr trip. Stopped at all the places and even took us to a great lunch sport. Very accommodating and informative. Highly recommend this trip, especially if you want to get to all the key sites in a day in KL

Sathia was our tour guide and she was very entertaining and helpful. She picked us up from our hotel and patiently waited for us since we were coming directly from the airport by taxi. She took us to see Batu Caves and the Chinese temple; she also took us a batik shop where they were demonstrating the beautiful technique. She dropped us off at the Petronas towers where we had reserved tickets. She made suggestions for us where to eat lunch. We ate in the food court at the Petronas Towers. She then took us to see the Royal Palace and the National Monument. She had a good sense of humor and was down to earth and made us feel at ease. We would not hesitate to have her as our guide when we return to KL!
