We rode during a windy night, and even though it was rough, it was still a very good memorable experience. Our tour kept us motivated and taught us the history of the area

Juan Carlos was an amazing guide; very patient with our teenage girls. Great information and always made us feel safe. Our teens had the time of their life and said it was totally worth it!

Lovely Trip with a very engaging and knowledgeable guide. The vehicle used for transport is in pretty poor shape with multiple windows that didn't roll up, which made it very memorable during our return when it was downpouring. The Kayaks had clear bottoms, but were not entirely clear, as with other companies, which was a little disappointing, since this seemed to conflict with the information during booking. I didn't think it would be a major difference upon arrival, but throughout the tour there were many opportunities that having a fully clear Kayak would have enhanced the experience. Side note, I understand that no single company can address the road leading to the bay; However, I believe they should really consider pooling their resources and look to have the road re-grated and some of the significant potholes fixed to make this journey more enjoyable for the thousands of tourists who visit each year. Definitely recommend visiting this location during your trip, and with so many tour options, look to see what achieves your goals.

Enjoyed an outstanding experience where the tour operator was lively and coordinated well. A valuable experience if you're visiting the area.

Awesome guide who made us feel comfortable. The bioluminescence weren’t at their brightest when we went but it was still a super cool experience. Definitely worth doing!

We had such a cool experience kayaking in the bay & seeing the bioluminescence. Our guide was very knowledgeable. We would definitely do it again, if in the area.

Tour guide was GREAT. Experience was simply magical. My 75 yr old mother went with me and she was able to kayak just fine, boats were easy to get into and guides were very helpful in reassuring her nerves.

Great experience, between seeing the Bio Bay and all the stars, really amazing time! The road getting in and out is very bumpy, so be warned! You also have to go through mangroves while getting in and out of the kayaks, which stink, but its only for a little bit. Definitely something to do once!

Great service! Always have someone on the phone to respond my calls and texts. Amazing experience!! Even weeks after we returned, we still talk about the unique and the magical sight we saw that night. Not the beaches, sea or mountains. you can see elsewhere.Highly recommended.

Will have to go barefoot to get on the canoes through a smelly area, once out there the water is beautiful. We got to also see lighting and a shooting star in the bay
